I purchased a G2 Yamaha piano from this company… The quality is incredible and the service is second to none. Communication is constant, throughout. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

What an amazing experience with Renaissance Piano Centres! I bought the most gorgeous white Yamaha piano from them (they are quite rare to find btw) and honestly, the moment it arrived… OMG. What an absolute delight! 🤍🎹 I am completely in love with it and it has been at least an hour play time every single day since it arrived. Paul was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. He kept me informed, answered all my questions over the phone twice and genuinely took all the time in the world with me when I came to test-play. I never felt rushed or pressured, quite the opposite. He made me feel completely taken care of from beginning to end. He even knocked a little bit off the price to help me, which was such a kind and appreciated gesture. Katie was also so lovely to deal with over email. They delivered it without any issues, super smooth process. You can really tell there is a wonderful team behind this business who genuinely care about their customers and the pianos they sell. I went to see it before buying as wanted to try it out and Paul told me most people just buy it rather than coming in and now after this experience, I would just say safely: you can buy it, trust it as they are brilliant and quality pianos... but I am glad I went in person as it was a gorgeous experience overall. Bought a reconditioned vintage piano from Renaissance a couple years ago (for professional recording purposes) and have had a few maintenance / tuning visits from Paul since then - the experience has always been excellent. Paul goes out of his way to make sure the piano is in the best condition it can be, and it’s really appreciated, the piano really is a joy to play.

The experience of choosing my piano was also great. Low-pressure sales, attentive to what I was looking for, relaxed environment where I could take my time playing the pianos in private before making my decision.

Paul was amazing - my poor piano had been neglected from moving house etc and he brought her back to life. Very professional and great job. Paul recently came back for a follow up tuning service and was really helpful working around my schedule as I booked so close to holidays. Katie really kind communicating and keeping me up to date. Our upright piano was woefully out of tune! But Paul took time and care to tune it. Not an easy task, with such an old piano. Paul was knowledgable and friendly. We will certainly be using Renaissance again.

Renaissance Piano Centres have been incredibly helpful, bringing an old neglected family piano gently back to life over several sessions and then keeping it in tune. Paul is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and does a great job. We are very pleased to have found them.

Paul did an excellent job with my elderly Rogers baby grand - previously my childhood teacher's piano so of very great sentimental value! He was very thorough and professional. He previously gave it a thorough clean, removing the mechanism and also mending the pedals. Over a couple of tunes, he's got it to a beautiful sound and ironed out its inconsistencies!
