Removals Zone Recenzje

very good service

Krasi and Kris were really incredible. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day to move our stuff to the new home. Even when we had a couple more boxes than we originally thought! Very friendly and helpful, taking care of all our belongings with a smile. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Krasi and Kris have been amazing. Thank you so much for everything. We couldn’t have done it without you. 5 stars!!

Krasi and Kris were fast and efficient and completed everything on time.

Nico and Bogdan were excellent. Kind, efficient, and careful with all our belongings, they made the move smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled with professionalism and care. Excellent service — I couldn’t recommend them more!

Staff ( Krasi & Kris) were very friend and courteous. Would recommend.

We had used Removal Zone before because the customer service was good, although the movers weren't very delicate with some items despite marking them fragile. We used them again and it was mostly fine until it came to tipping - we handed one of the people the tip to share amongst the rest of the team but they didn't, and so one of the team members came up to me and my pregnant partner and shouted at us. He accused us of lying and cheating the team and got incredibly aggressive, which was shocking and unacceptable. It then turned out that they damaged furniture in the move and broke an expensive item. When I asked the company for compensation for the horrible experience and the broken item they promised to provide me with some, but after a month of raising this and chasing it, still no luck. I've seen other bad reviews claim that the company are/have carried out internal investigations when issues like this arise, but clearly it's not working.

Never using this company again and would strongly recommend anyone who uses them to provide the cash tip to each person, and accept that your fragile items will be broken.

Krasi and Kris were great. Very fast very helpful very good service.

Dimitra and his 2 colleagues were brillinag and extremely professional.

I will hire them for my next move.

Brilliant service provided by Niko. Quick, efficient and patient. Both him and his son were very professional and careful with the items. I have used this service six times. Would recommend.

Second time using this company.

Krasi and Kris got here in time and finished 1 hour early. Very good service and helpful. Recommended.

Krasi & Kris were extremely helpful on a hot and rainy day. They protected my belongings very well, kept a good line of communication throughout the move, and were very swift with the transportation. This is the 4th or 5th time I use their services and would recommend to anyone.

Niko and Svetlin were fantastic!! We had a large amount to move with lots of stairs, and they worked so hard to get us moved into our new home. Would recommend the company to everyone!

This is the second time I’ve used Removal Zone, and once again, they were absolutely brilliant. Nicolay, Dimiear, and the rest of the team (five in total) were hardworking, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish.

As a woman moving on my own, it can be a stressful experience — but the team made everything feel easy and completely stress-free. They were considerate, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.Even moving my 20
Boxes of books! I really appreciated how supportive they were throughout the whole move.

Can’t recommend them highly enough — I I ever move again I would definitely be using Removal Zone in the future. Thank you again to Nicolay, Dimiear, and the whole crew!

Brilliant service!

Very efficient and fast service by Krasi and Kris. Recommended

Krasi & Kris were incredibly helpful during the move. They went the extra mile in helping throw away heavy items which was not part of the agreement and I am incredibly thankful! Very fair price as well.

Great experience, efficient removal! Krasi and Kris were great!
