My husband and I purchased a bad engine in June 2025. We’ve filed three claims since then because no one is responding back so the claim gets cancelled. This is such a scam. Unfortunately, we will need to take it to court. Wish my husband would’ve read these reviews before purchasing. Stay away!!!

Everyone but the core return and finance team were super helpful. I was trying to get my refund on my core engine and i spoke to a man named Luis that seemed like he was trying to help at first and then gave up. I had been contacting this company for 3 weeks trying to get my core refunded and they have zero communication skills, i received zero updates about the status on my return when i was told id be reached out to. The core return takes 1-3 business days. The card used to purchase the engine was unfortunately closed but i was still told the money would go back to the account and the card wouldn’t affect anything. Luis for 3 consecutive weeks was “talking” to the finance team and nothing changed over time and i was told in week 2 a worst case scenario is a check would be mailed to my billing address and i give the benefit of the doubt and wait days for an update and get nothing. When i finally reach out and email them in a not calm tone another person named Jessica reached out and asked if i had gotten a new card and when i responded another week went by with nothing. I’m just fed up with the lack of updates and communication an also the im highly disappointed i trusted a company with my money and they sit here and play games with me.

I ordered an reman engine and was told that it was sitting on the shelf ready to ship and would ship the next day. I didn't' receive any shipping confirmation so I called back 3 days later. I was told that the motor had not shipped and they were still processing the order. Verified with the person on the phone that the engine was there and had not shipped, he said yes. He then transferred me to Jay (the manager) who lied to me and told me that it had already shipped. I told him that I was told 1 minute prior that it had not shipped, he profusely continued to tell me that it had shipped and I would need to wait until I receive it then send it back for 25% restocking. I hung up with him and he called me back 5 minutes later saying that it will now be a 10% restocking on a $12640 motor. I called Dodge directly & found out that a brand new from the factory motor was $10,880. They have yet to return my money & I feel like it is highway robbery that they can take 10% even though they hadn't done anything with the motor. I ADVISE THAT YOU NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE RIP OFF

Great folks to work with! The first motor I purchased was damaged pretty bad so they sent me another, better one for same cost.

We have been screwed since August of 2025. 2 bad engines later no truck, no service, and they want us to pay more money. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

So we have been waiting since AUGUST 2025 for an engine for our truck. We were sent a damaged engine in the crate the 1st time. We were sent a 2nd engine and it also does not work. This company has not gotten back to us in almost 3 weeks now reguarding next steps! RUN RUN RUN DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE YOU A PRODUCT THAT WORKS. We are going to get a lawyer involved if not resolved by next week.

You sold me an engine with what appeared to be a blown head gasket. Water/coolant was detected in the oil right as the installation was being tested. (Les than 5min running). I sent you all the pictures, filed a claim, a third party (your supplier) took it over. They mentioned a gold warranty that you never mentioned. Also, I had to press for weeks in order to get what turned out to be a partial parts breakdown on the installation kit I purchased along with the engine. It has been several months and the vehicle is still in the shop with no news about when it will be done. I would not recommend you to anyone else and if I could find a way to file a complaint with a consumer agency; I would do it in a heart beat! Beware if these “business”

Great experience. Motor was delivered fast. My mechanic commended me on finding a good motor at a good price.

I called was helped quickly and my engine was in my same town available for pickup.

Jay was exceptional, took his time to answer all my questions and assisted me in finding the motor I needed. Jay was a big, big help, so well mannered and had so much patience. He is a great asset for this company.

Very easy to order , drop off and core return was also easy , everyone I spoke to on the phone was great, engine matched up perfectly. Haven’t got the truck done yet but everything has been great so far
