Convenient. Easy to use. Early payment made possible. Saw other reply from Rely that instalments will be split to 3 instalment plans which is great. Could be more better by offering 6 to 12 instalment... Zobacz więcej

My thoughts on Rely

I am really thankful for the Rely payment method. It helps those that currently don’t own a credit card purchase by installment. The checkout was perfectly fine, no curious stuff just a proper authentication process. I hope Rely payment option will continue to be available and hopefully for even more items/products

Discovered it by chance

Discovered it by chance and were a bit unsure if it a secured platform to use. Try out a small purchase with no issue and purchasing keep rolling thru this platform.

Felt cheated using this platform for…

Felt cheated using this platform for payment. To be honest if it wasn't for the Qoo10 $15 Gift Card campaign I won't be using this installment platform. T&C stated that if we input the promo code and spend more than $75, Rely will email us the Gift Card redemption after 15 days but they did not. My first email to them checking on the status, replied was copying the whole T&C to me, fine. 2nd email sent, ask me to wait 3-5 working days for the respective team to revert and the reply after 5 working days was to wait another 3-5 working days! You can charge the payment instantly but reverting your existing customers need more than a week.

According to the Terms & Conditions, the Cashback Rebates email will send to the eligible users after 15 business days from the date your order placed. But due to some issue with the internal and the system, the Cashback Rebates email failed to send as per the promised time frame.

However, according to our relevant team's advice, the Cashback Rebates email has been sent out to you on 11th December 2020, kindly have a check your email inbox.

Besides that, we truly apologize for the delay of the updates from our support team due to they are waiting for the relevant team's update, and the relevant team failed to update on time because of the internal and system issue.

Nevertheless, your feedback is greatly appreciated and we hope to serve you better in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Trusted payment platform.

This is my first time using Rely for payment, personally i felt it's a good initiative and good option for “installment” method for those wishing to split pay their bill.
