Beware this company is a fraud and scams people. Once you purchase hosting from him, he deletes all your data and can even take over your website/domain for himself. He operates under 3 different domains:

behosted.net
reliablehost.net
euhosting.com

Whenever people leave bad reviews, he shuts the company down and reopens under a new name. They are a massive scam — I personally lost over $50,000. We had built a WooCommerce store with a lot of sellers on it, and I had purchased the domain through him. He stole everything, blocked my account, and is now making money off my own domain. I still haven't been able to resolve this — please be very careful with this company.

Ich war Kunde von Behosted, bevor es zu Reliable Host wurde.
Naja unter "Reliable" verstehe ich etwas anderes, denn der Support ist seit der Änderung des Namens nicht mehr existent. Mein letztes Ticket, bzw. E-Mail an den Support ist seit dem 28.04.2025 offen, ohne das es sich jemand angeschaut hat.

Ich habe jetzt gekündigt und bin gewechselt, da die Ausfälle immer schlimmer werden und der Support nicht ändert.

I purchased a 1-year web hosting plan from BeHosted, and after 3-4 months, all my data, including website databases, was lost. When I contacted support, I was informed that due to a DDoS attack and subsequent server changes, all data on the old VPS was deleted. This was a huge setback as I had to rebuild my website from scratch.

Additionally, I had participated in BeHosted’s affiliate program, inviting friends to sign up, which earned me $100 in affiliate rewards. However, when I attempted to withdraw my earnings, I discovered that my affiliate account was removed without explanation, along with a $50 credit I had added to my account, effectively losing $150 in total.

Upon contacting support for assistance, I received no response. Later, I was notified via email that BeHosted was transitioning to a new website, ReliableHost.net, and closing down BeHosted. Attempts to address my lost credits and affiliate earnings with ReliableHost.net’s support were ignored.

Given this experience, I would strongly advise caution when considering services from BeHosted or ReliableHost.net. My attempts to resolve issues related to refunds and affiliate payments were met with silence, leading me to believe this may not be an isolated incident. It’s disappointing to encounter such issues, and I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.
