They have a really great support team. Most distros give you robotic replies but Releese have dedicated employees who cater to your needs, greatest positive about them. Definitely worth it as a label/producer.

Been 6 months using this distribution and it’s very good they answered very fast and correct the problems very quick!

apparently people use this site is confuse other people i was with a distrubutor called "hololabs" and this "company" was not a company it was just one person trying to pose as multiple people i knew he didnt know about the industry when he said he knows that "soursz" is a legit streaming platform and that he works with them, that company is a total scam and probably many people are using this method to take money from other people, now releese.io allows this illegal operations under their company and they let people like this do this to other people. i know that this company will never help its cutomers because the bad reviews on this website are realer than ever, but whatever you do, do not trust a company called "hololabs" and do not trust releese.io

Been with the distribution for about a month and love all the different extras they offer for your music on the site! Support from Zac has been great, very few distributions out there that have actual support to talk to a human or someone! They are quick and responsive plus helpful when need it! Love them and definitely recommend to anyone if looking for another distributor to try out :)

Good. I like releese

I've been using Releese for my music for a months now and I'll never switch back to another platform. Not only does it have the features I need, but it also looks great! The big thing for me is the customer service. I maybe abuse my ability to ask for help in life, and Releese lets me do just that! From big problems to small problems they get back to me quickly with solutions. It's awesome!

Maybe it's just because, it features some well known artists, which I bought from them.

My releases were delivered almost a week and half late. I had to get in touch with customer service to get that done. Customer service is terrible and will take you on a wild goose chase if the question or issue makes it clear they are at fault. It was so terrible I ended up speaking with the owner, who was even more critical and very very rude towards me, a new client. I will not recommend this service to anyone who is serious about their music career. If you want your music heard, well you can simply distribute with them. I asked for a refund for the $15 sub not because its the biggest money in the world but because they did not fulfill their end of the contract/agreement online to simply distribute and me have access to everything I've paid for. I don't know of any free distribution service... the cheapest is a $1. So they had and have no excuse for their horrible treatment and business practices. Especially the owner/founder, a huge pity.

Releese is an amazing platform! It is easy to use and everything is at one place. It makes everything easier! Top tier!

Hands down the best music distribution service there is. Rather than paying for a number of services independently, I now have my Dropbox, Soundcloud, MidJourney, distribution & PRO all included :)

We started using Releese in 2022, when it was new - it was good then, and never stopped improving. Built-in splits, smart links, good distribution options, the whole experience is like nothing before! It may be on the pricier side, but SO worth it.

Intuitive dashboard with everything you need in one place. It's also a lot less intimidating compared to Tunecore, it makes releasing music fun again

Perfect distributor

I have subscribed to Releese not even a month ago. Not even a week after I paid for my subscription which was the highest tier they decided to close my account for fraud.

However I did not have music yet released, I decided to request a refund of the subscription.

Since I was not even able to use their service due to termination before first release I decided to request a refund which they refused due to ToS.

Stay away from this company at all costs. They will just scam your sub fee.

Releese is the first music distribution platform that we're happy with. All others have too many annoying flaws without good workarounds. We love and cherish every feature Releese has built and optimized so far! However, as with any other distributor, Releese also has some minor improvements to be made. Although considering how new Releese is to the market, this is to be expected and is already known to be improved on.
