If I could give them 0 stars I would . 2 parcels posted for items sold through vinted . Neither delivered or tracking information. Lost money as sale then cancelled by vinted as incomplete sale . Luckily they weren’t high value items but it’s not the point . Avoid at all costs . I’ve removed them as an option on Vinted

Beware - Relay have not returned a parcel that they accepted to deliver and they openly admitted that Parcels are discarded at their depot.
They advise after taking the parcel that they cannot process parcels larger than 45cm and this gives them the excuse to hold on to, or destroy your property. They are not a normal courier service as the public understands it, but a specialist outfit that deals only with very small parcels - Beware - Dont get caught and loose your property. We have reported them to trading standards

Relay has literally ZERO customer service. Their support is a complete ghost town, non-existent, and an absolute joke.
Their courier either stole or misdelivered my parcel to a completely wrong address (a random block of flats instead of my house). I immediately submitted a formal complaint, only to receive a useless automated email claiming they aim to reply within 72 hours. A full week has passed and there is ABSOLUTE SILENCE. No response, no investigation, no human contact whatsoever. They simply ignore you and hide behind automated messages, hoping you'll just go away.
Save yourself the nightmare. Total amateurs, zero support, and complete silence. Avoid at all costs!

I don't know why Temu has started using this company but i wish they would stop.
Very slow delivery service and even though i have left instructions (as requested) the driver j6ust leaves packaging on the doorstep.
I also have a sign on my gate asking for it to be closed and they leave it swinging open.
Very bad service

Cheaper than the rest. A great example of you get what you pay for. Risky labelling policy whereby there's nothing but a sticker with a QR code on it on the parcel. If the sticker comes off the parcel is lost. Very slow to deliver. Poor tracking information. The parcel just disappears into the system once it's collected, leaving you waiting for a week with no further updates until it hopefully arrives. They offer home delivery for a small surcharge but then continually hammer you with spam trying to get you to switch to a bulk drop off point option despite you having already paid for home delivery. They even tell you that your delivery will be delayed unless you switch to the bulk drop off option. It's early days for them but they need to up their game. I'd recommend always writing the reference number on the parcel (because they don't provide a sender address, just a QR code) to try and lessen the risk of the parcel going missing in transit. It's currently over a week (again) since my latest purchase was posted.

An item was posted to me on the 7/10 and I’m still waiting !! And saying could be the 13/11

Avoid Relay at all costs, I've been using vinted for a good while now and never any issues with couriers until last week when I've sold 5 items that buyers chose relay to deliver.

All parcels have endured delays and not even scanned when the parcels have been collected by the courier which doesn't help so parcels have gone over 5 days with not showing any updates and even one parcel has arrived at the collection point and the store is refusing to handover the parcel saying they don't accept relay parcels even though they've scanned it into the shop

Relays customer service is also non existent as well

With the very bad service I've removed relay as a shipping method and hopefully vinted remove them altogether as not worth the hassle and seems there is lots of issues with relay

My parcel was supposed to be delivered to my home address in Liverpool instead it was delivered to a shop in Bethnal Green LONDON. I showed them the invoice with the correct address and reminded them of The UK CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT OF 2015 specifically clause 29. They didn’t like that one bit!!! Well tough titties I didn’t like my parcel being delivered to Bethnal Green!!! No customer service at all. E-mail address doesn’t work neither does the phone number they suggest you try. I have spent the last 3 days researching @relaycourier It’s CEO JONATHAN JENSSEN AND CCO NICOLE MAZZA… this company hasn’t paid tax in the last 4/5years (as it’s a small business and doesn’t have any profit) But maybe just maybe they have their premises on the exact same road 13 EXPRESS
ROMAN ROAD BETHNAL GREEN LONDON… and guess we’re MY PARCEL WENT? Well it certainly wasn’t in LIVERPOOL!!! Round of applause for you clever clever people who guessed LONDON THE BIG SMOKE!!
And my advice check to see which retailers use this sham fraudulent company (allegedly) . I have now been banned/blocked from all their social media platforms!!! Save your selves and RUN FOR THE HILL’S !!!! Check which retailer’s use this company and tag them ALL IN EVERY SINGLE POST FOR @relaycouriers aka @relaytechnolgy ….. Don’t do it guys abort abort abort mission.

Totally blanked by relay ,tried contacting them Totally ignored by them worst experience of any delivery company ,I hope they are never used by anyone I order of tried texting them for a week for the code to collect my parcel ,they Totally blanked me I see a lot of reviews saying same thing. Looks like a constant theme late parcels ,parcels going missing etc ,relay won't even relay me a message terrible ,

Two items in transit. One lost, one disappeared. Website contact button doesn’t work and phone not answered. DON’T TOUCH THIS BUSINESS

1 star is too much for this awful courier! I have ordered from Vinted twice now and the sellers have chosen to use Relay for some reason. Both times I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my purchases! I am not happy with Relay at all. Even Evri are not that slow!

I have several Vinted sales dropped off by me using Relay which have not reached buyer after one month

Evil Vinted have posted negative feedback against my selling performance for non delivery of sales, despite Relay saying in writing they have lost the items

this would never happen at Amazon or TEMU where issues are resolved instantly

if you are considering using Relay for selling , think again as you could end up with multiple negative feedbacks affecting your credit rating

Absolute rubbish company, very slow to deliver, tracking is not easy or straight forward, absolutely loath it when someone uses it to send anything to me, as you know its not going to get to you on time! I would give no stars if that was an option. Worse than EVRI (hermes).

Absolute failure of a courier service – avoid at all costs!

No delivery, which is the absolute fundamental part of being a courier company.
Their customer service is non-existent. They do not have the decency to reply to any messages for delivery updates, nor will they confirm if a parcel is actually lost. You are simply left completely in the dark.
For a new business, you would think they would strive to be efficient and build a good reputation, but they are the exact opposite. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and incredibly poorly managed.
I will never use this company again!!!

Terrible service. Items sat in the shop for 5 days after dropping off, finally collected them no more updates. 7 parcels missing!! Emailed, no response. Googled the company and shops are now refusing to take parcels, and many are sat in the warehouse massive back log. You get what you pay for. I won't use it recommended again . AVOID !

Unreliable. As a sender tracking information is not fit for purpose.
5 days after collection and no update for 2 parcels I sent afyer selling on Vinted.
I will be removing them as a delivery option.

These guys are great I get a text wen they are 5 minutes away so know exactly when to go to the door

They delivered on time and I was able to track my parcels. They also followed delivery Instructions .And kept me informed every step .Well worth more than a 5 star Review definitely a great courier service.

Avoid this courier service ..i watched the delivery guy dump it on the doorstep and walk off ...couldn't be bothered to ring the doorbell..i ran down and called to him only to be met with a torrent of abuse...hopefully this company will go into administration at some point ..if i'm buying something and the courier is RELAY then it's a definite NO!

I've had two notifications that my parcels at my go local shop owner said no parcels av been delivered phoned relay rep said shop refused to take them relay are a joke not a bit helpful.
