Leuke modellen verkrijgbaar en ook een vriendelijke eigenaar, alleen als je de schoenen kort gedragen hebt, en er is schade ontstaan in het materiaal wat niet hoort, sta je er alleen voor en mag je met (in mijn geval) Nike zelf contact opnemen.

De maat viel een halve maat kleiner uit dan verwacht

Ik heb het de bestelde schoenen in goede orde ontvangen, maar de kleur is niet naar wens en wil ze retour zenden. Ik zie nergens op de website een optie tot het verkrijgen van een retourlabel. Ik heb 4 dagen geleden een e-mail verzonden maar nog in afwachting van een antwoord. Geen telefonische klantenservice.

I was delighted to find the trainers I wanted on their site and even more happy to receive them and start wearing them. You need to be slightly patient as they have to go through an authenticity check before they can be shipped but it’s well worth the wait! Thank you Relace!

Communicatie alleen via mail duurt langer dat een week voor er antwoord komt , schoenen worden niet verzonden en bij annuleren blijft het heel lang stil. Nu bijna 4 weken verder , geen schoenen en klarna niet op de hoogte gebracht van annuleren product .
