I like Rejuvenation’s products and have spent more than $4,500 with them during my renovation. But charging $280 to ship an $1,100 fixture—and refusing any accommodation for a repeat customer—was the final straw.

Because I had already used Rejuvenation fixtures throughout this phase of the renovation, I could not find sufficiently similar products elsewhere and felt compelled to finish with theirs. This will be my last purchase. Rejuvenation sells premium products but provides remarkably poor customer relations.

I ordered six solar path lights. One light was defective (poor manufacturing quality, the top of the light did not screw onto the pole properly) and not usable. Customer service would not refund the difference for that individual item, nor would they replace the item. So I was left without a full set of lights. This is my second POOR customer service experience with Rejuvenation because a product was defective and they would not rectify it. Their products are sub-par, and their customer service is sub-par. I won't shop with them again.

Purchased a Weit sconce in February 2025. In June 2026, the glass shade came apart from the threaded collar. It didn't break; it came apart. The glue failed. I took it back to the store and, because it had been over a year (it failed after 16 months), they said they could not replace the defective shade for me. I can buy a new shade for $60 plus shipping and taxes, but I don't think I should have to after spending $399 on a single sconce. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP!

We purchased an expensive lock set for our front door from Rejuvenation. It worked fine for a while, but after a few months of normal family use, the spindle failed, resulting in a non-functional door.

Rejuvenation does not provide spare parts, nor do they provide any technical information needed to do home repairs. Furthermore, their lockset uses a proprietary castle wrench, which they don't sell individually (have to purchase a new $700 lockset).

Customer service is a disaster, and the customer service agent hung up on me (after an hour on hold) after I politely told her that I wasn't going to accept that they can't sell me their proprietary castle wrench and a replacement spindle.

I recently spent nearly $3,000 on cabinet hardware at Rejuvenation, working with a designer who, while well-intentioned, made several sizing and compatibility errors. When I called to correct the order, I was charged $83 for shipping on the replacement items — despite having received free shipping on the original order during a Memorial Day promotion. When I raised the concern, the manager showed zero interest in making it right, essentially telling me it was their policy and my problem.
For a company positioned as a premium brand, this level of customer care is unacceptable. A $3,000 order with a partial error on their end — and no goodwill on shipping? I’m returning everything and taking my business elsewhere. If you’re building or renovating and considering Rejuvenation, be aware: mistakes happen, and when they do, don’t expect them to stand behind your experience.

I purchased the Ayden Undyed Hand-Loomed Rug and have dealt with excessive shedding for an entire year. This is well beyond the normal break-in period for a wool rug, and the shedding has never improved.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that because it had been over a year since my purchase, they couldn’t take any action. Their only suggestion was that I buy a separate fabric-care tool (a Gleener) to manage the shedding myself — which feels like being asked to pay to fix a product defect.
For the price of this rug, I expected both a quality product and quality service. I received neither. I will not be shopping with Rejuvenation again and would caution others to think twice before purchasing their rugs.

I purchased 11 of the Boyleston Path light in light bronze. One is no longer working and because it is over one year Rejuvenation will do nothing. These were sold to me with the hype that they will last for 10 years. Customer service was awful and the product is terrible. Do not buy!

Echo the sentiments of other reviewers. Customer service is poor, I paid for a $50 towel hook and their hardware failed on first installation and they directed me to a hardware store to replace a $2 hanger bolt rather than sending a replacement for this specific product.

The instructions are also very poorly written and doesn't mention the hanger bolt size, so I had to spend 20-minutes in the hardware store finding the right size.

Poor return policies and horrible customer service. Unfortunately if you’re stuck with a bad product you’ve lost your money.

When I called customer service they gave me reasons it would cost me more money to return and I should just keep the bad product instead and take the loss.

They don’t have an option to leave a review on their website and I now know why. This will be the last I ever buy from them.

Gorgeous vanities received in a reasonable time frame. Gorgeous hardware. As a designer, I appreciate quality products at a reasonable price and this company delivers.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Rejuvenation for years, but this experience has completely changed my mind.

I paid over $100 for shipping on a light fixture that was supposed to ship within the week — it took nearly a month. When I finally received a delivery confirmation, the photo clearly showed it was delivered to the wrong house. I emailed immediately and received no response for three business days. I called the customer service number and the representative was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She refused to send a replacement, insisted the issue wasn’t their fault, told me there was no supervisor available because she "worked from home," and ultimately hung up on me when I asked for her info after shouting at me. This experience has cost them a loyal customer.

I bought 12 curtain rings. Each one comes individually wrapped in two layers of plastic. I had to unwrap six in order to try to hang a curtain. When I did, I saw immediately that the curtain rings are utterly useless and unable to hold up even very lightweight linen fabric for more than 30 seconds. I wanted to return them, but things cannot be returned that are not in their original packaging. Also $15 shipping and handling for this tiny order was highway robbery. There is clearly a reason this website does not allow reviews on its own website. I would never buy from this company again.

I bought the shaw walnut 3 drawer vanity for over 4,000$. its been installed for 2 months and has 2 big splits in the wood up the side. Ill never trust a company that doesn't allow buyer reviews on their sight anymore. They know its junk.

My nurse jamie was so very nice from the moment she greated me until the treatment was finished. Jamie was so very kind and considerate during the whole procedure, Jamie made my experience a pleasure she explained the procedure to me fully and all about the after care that I needed to carry out once the procedure was finished and i was at home and the days following. If ever i need the procedure repeated i will request Jamie as my nurse to carry out my procedure again, thank you Jamie!

Bought the Shaw 6-Drawer Dresser and less than one year after it was delivered, the wood veneer began bubbling and cracking. Rejuvenation opened an investigation since it has been less than one year but they refused to do anything to replace or fix the item. The dresser was used normally in a temperature controlled apartment and cleaned only with a duster. The quality is garbage.

I purchased a Performance Boater Bouclé chair in Ore approximately two years ago for around $3,000. The chair is described as “heirloom quality,” yet after about two years of normal use, the backrest springs began protruding through the upholstery. This represents a significant structural failure for a product at this price point.

I contacted customer service and was informed that, as the chair is out of warranty, there was nothing they could do. Given the marketing claims and cost, this outcome is disappointing.

Recommendation: I would not purchase furniture from this brand.

I contacted Customer Care at Rejuvenation Hardware a month ago seeking a replacement for a minor part (latch) for one of their very expensive door knob sets. For context, the latch which is made of a soft metal, broke into 3 pieces making the door knob inoperable. As if this wasn’t bad enough, my youngest daughter was trapped inside her room until I could remove the entire door knob set. For my troubles, I was offered a 10% on my next purchase (as if I would buy anything from them in the future). The sad part is, all I want is a replacement of the door latch. My message to those considering any purchase from Rejuvenation Hardware is to consider a more reputable option.

MAJOR BUYERS REMORSE: Let my $800 mistake be a lesson to all--take a sec to research the items you are interested in. I am building a house and my designer found items on Rejuvenation.com I liked. I will take full accountability in that I should've dug deeper into the 24" fireclay utility sink I purchased for $1789. Had I done a quick Google search, I would have seen that the IDENTICAL sink (same name, dimensions, place of origin, etc) could be purchased for as low as $1199 with no tax and free shipping. Rejuvenation charges 10% shipping regardless of the item's weight, which for a 68 lb sink seem palatable, but I almost made an even bigger mistake in purchasing their Davoli burnished brass kitchen faucet & hot water dispenser that, with shipping, put the total purchase price over $5,000. Found the IDENTICAL faucet (California Faucet Davoli) for hundreds less and free shipping through my local design center. Rejuvenation is just a ripoff reseller when I naively thought their items were unique to them. Will return to their website for design inspo only.

I purchased a $1300 chandelier (Paltò Alto Mixed Globe 5-light Multipendant) 18 months ago and one of the globes suddenly stopped working (tried changing the bulb of course). I also had an issue with removing one of the globe toppers which was like welded in place. I understood the product was not new and did not expect a full refund but hoped to work with the company on a partial refund or even a coupon code towards a new product. They would do nothing for me. Clearly they do not stand by their products, and I would not order from them again.

Our expensive Rejuvenation outdoor lighting fixture came with an ill-fitting glass globe shade that leaked from day one -- water runs down the outside of the shade into the fixture itself. A design flaw -- no gaskets, just glass on metal. We should have returned it. We've tried several hacks over the last few years, no luck. Since they don't sell it anymore (it's curiously still on their website), and have no replacement parts for it, they were delighted to offer me 10% off another over-priced, low-quality product that comes with no discernible customer service. Their service reps have to call "leadership" to make a decision so it was back and forth with lengthy wait times. I cannot in good conscience recommend these folks, and exercising good common sense, will not purchase a single thing from them again.
