They didn't send me anything, didn't return my money, and stopped responding. I was corresponding with Nitin Bane. This is a scam.

Bought a leather book bag on 7/24/2023. Money came out of my account 7/25/2023. Was told I would receive a tracking number and never did. Sent some emails requiring about my order. Was told it shipped. I have sent many emails and no response. I think I’m gonna talk to the bank and have them reverse charges. This company is a scam. Do not order from them. Bad mojo this company. Theives.

Placed an order 31 Aug 2023. Charged for order same day. Never received a shipping notice. Gave 30 days to see if order arrived. Requested support on website, no reply. Contacted company via email asking for a tracking number and shipping update. Received no response. Finally called credit card company this week and had them reverse charges for this purchase. Recommend you do not order from this company.

I have literally never written a bad review about a product, but I feel I must warn folks about this company. I placed an order for shoes two months ago and never received them. They responded to my email once saying they had already shipped and would send the link to track soon. That was over a month ago. Since then they’ve ignored all future emails, despite me never once being rude with them, only requesting updates. Steer clear of this company and save yourself the trouble.

I have paid for two pair of shoes almost a month ago and I haven’t received any email and nobody answered to the phone posted on their website
Is this a scam?

They stole my money. Never sent anything. No refund. Ignoring me.

Put in order and received nothing,...
Should have dug more into Reindeer leather as they have stopped responding and have my money.
Nice scam though...have to give them that.

I posted my review on 9/2/23, never having received my birthday purse, no response from Reindeer Leather despite multiple attempts in different formats, etc. Within an hour of posting critical reviews on several sites, surprise surprise! we suddenly got an email from Reindeer Leather, which I’m posting, in entirety here:

“Reindeer Leather
Hello,
I really extremely sorry for this delay and all the inconvenience, if your purse is not delivered to you Tuesday morning, please let me know, I will process a refund of whole money back, please kindly let me know immediately so I can do it immediately will it be ok with you?”

I immediately responded back stating I would love to still get my purse, or, if not shipped soon, a full refund. I was a bit skeptical about the email, since it seemed highly unlikely a purse could be shipped from Poland on Saturday and get to me in the US by Tuesday, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as they seemed to want to fix their mistake…
Stupid me!!! We have not received a tracking #, much less the purse! We sent a second email over a week ago asking for a full refund. Nothing!
Reindeer Leather, I am now DEMANDING a full refund! Do this on Monday! Otherwise we will report you to the appropriate US federal regulating agencies. And then I will reach out to Polish authorities and report you there! By taking our money and not shipping our order or refunding our money, YOU ARE THIEVES!!!! GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK NOW!!!

They promise "Made in Poland", but just sell cheap "Made in India" products out of a livinghouse in a polish suburb.

It has now been 2 months and order never arrived and despite various emails they have not made amends. Avoid at all costs!!

Stay away from this company. They promise a lot & deliver very little. Last November I've ordered two pair of slippers and one pair of clogs. After few weeks I've received two pair of slippers, however one pair of slippers was wrong size. I haven't received the clogs. I've immediately emailed them about the problem. Response was very apologetic, they promised to resend missing items, but also mentioned that delivery will take a few weeks. After a few weeks of waiting I haven't received anything from them. I emailed them again & again, response always the same. Promise of resending the missing items. After 6 months of exchanging the emails I still haven't got my merchandise. They are fraudulent company reaping people off.

I've gotten these a few times. They're way better than rubber flip-flops. Leather doesn't suck the oils and moisture from your feet that leave dry, cracked bleeding heels.

Very nice ladies slippers. Order a size or a half larger though.

It took a little over a month for the slippers my wife ordered to arrive but she loves the slippers. They fit her perfectly, are very comfortable and well made and very attractive.
