Kann die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen! Bin von Wien nach Prag und retour gefahren. Sehr aufmerksame Stewarts, sensationelle Preise, sowohl für Tickets wie auch für die Bordverpflegung! Außerdem kam ich in den Genuss, mit den ehemaligen ÖBB Business Wagen zu fahren. Wo man noch Platz hinter dem Tischchen hat und nicht wie beim ÖBB Railjet, wo in der Business einem der Appetit vergeht, wenn das Klapptischchen sich schräg auf den Brustwarzen befindet!

Einmal habe ich sehr lange auf mein Geld für ein Stornierungsticket gewartet und wie viel ich angerufen und geschrieben habe, also hat es mich viel gekostet. Jetzt habe ich das Ticket storniert und kann mein Guthaben nicht finden, was habe ich für das Ticket zurückbekommen?! Es ist besser, ein paar Euro mehr zu bezahlen und ich reise und kaufe ohne Probleme mit Flix Bus.

Gut und preiswert
Ich bin schon zweimal mit dem Bus von Frankfurt nach Rotterdam hin und zurück gefahren und bin sehr zufrieden. Bequeme sitzen, saubere Toilette.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gute Klimaanlage. Das ganze ist dazu sehr preiswert.
Und der Bus war Puenktlich. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Už RegioJetom nebudem cestovať. Vlastne ani nedá cestovať. Keďže mňa z viedenskeho letiska ani nechcel zobrať. Lístok som si kupoval len u vodiča. Tým že ak by som mal lístok cez online, po meškaní letu by nemusel stihnúť bus. Takže oplatilo sa skôr osobné kúpiť. Mám ťzp-s preukaz, mal som na ňom aj napísané kam cestujem. Mám trochu hendikep s rečou. Aby to pán vodič mal ľahšie. Ukázal som mu a povedal kam cestujem. Pozrel sa na mňa, prstom ukázal na iný bus - Slovak lines, a povedal ,ten ťa zoberie. Nebolo nič zvláštne na tom, keby mňa tiež pokúšal posielať vodič zo Slovak lines späť k RegioJetu. Služby alebo čokoľvek iné nebudem písať. Len to že mňa sklamalo to že to bol slovenský vodič v RegioJete. Áno Slováci - slovákom nepomôžu niekedy. Človek sa nemôže ani domov na Slovensko dostať. Ja taxíkom nepôjdem. Chcel som kúpiť lístok osobné. Ale zarobiť si vodič nechcel. Nuž, ako chcel. Keby to bol český vodič, tak by to bolo iné. Ale to ako slovenský vodiči si robia zo Slováka somára. Môžu sa hanbiť. Mohol to myslieť dobre, ale nepomohlo mi to nejako. Keďže vodič zo Slovak lines mňa chcel poslať späť k RegioJetu. To by som aj zo Viedne aj pešo zašiel na Slovensko. Takže s RegioJetom už nikdy viac. Keďže nemá vodič záujem zobrať cestujúceho ani domov na Slovensko. Online lístok na iný bus si kúpim. Ale to iba vtedy, keď prístanem vo Viedni. To bude lepšie. Bude mi jedno že meškám napríklad RegioJet. Ani ľutovať to nebudem. Kúpiť si lístok online dopredu podľa mňa nie je dobrý nápad,ak by náhodou let meškal. Ale na RegioJet som si nikdy nekúpil on-line ani nebudem. Po zážitku, kde mňa slovenský vodič sklamal.
Wagon 1ere classe annulé et tv qui coupe régulièrement
Nous avions réservé des sièges 1ere classe qui ont été annulés la veille. Nous avons été placé en seconde classe ce qui nous a déplu. Les sièges étaient néanmoins confortable cependant impossible de regarder un film sur l écran car la connexion se coupait tout le temps. L expérience n était pas positive.

We had tickets on the coach number 1. But it didn’t arrive!
Staff offered us 2 variants:
1) stay for entire trip and ask for 50% compensation later
2) cancel our booking and go on another train. No compensation in price difference will be provided in this case.
Staff said that coach is full and didn’t help us to find probably available places. We were searching for them in the whole train by ourselves.

Terrible customer service
I o urchased two tickets of a higher category ("Relax") for a train journey from Prague to Bratislava. Due to technical reasons, the company eliminated the carriage where our seats were located.
Upon boarding, we found ourselves without assigned seats and were instructed by the staff to sit in any available seats, with the assurance that someone would assist us later. Throughout the journey, we constantly had to change seats, carrying heavy luggage through cramped aisles.
Close to the last hour of the trip, exhausted, we requested to speak with someone in charge to resolve the issue. One passenger, recovering from recent surgery, couldn't exert much effort, which prompted me to purchase higher-category "Relax" seats for added comfort.
The responsible staff eventually provided us with available seats of a lower category for the remainder of the journey and assured us of a full refund for the initially purchased tickets.
To my surprise, the company's response to my refund request, after a lengthy delay and persistence, was to offer only 50%, claiming we were given "standard" seats—a version that does not align with the actual events.
Despite multiple attempts to clarify and provide a detailed account, the company did not make an effort to verify the facts with the staff, relying instead on potentially inaccurate or incomplete information in their systems.
This is not about the monetary value but rather the disrespectful treatment of the customer. The handling of this issue, both during and after the journey, was regrettable.
In summary, the trip was dreadful, and while we initially tried to understand the situation due to technical and management issues, the subsequent customer support proved to be even more disappointing.

Thieves!!! I was threatened by the driver who tried to close the trunk on my head. She forced me to pay €10 in cash or she wouldn't let me leave. I was forced to pay for the hand luggage that was included in the ticket, in cash, without any receipt.

The passenger acknowledges that any provision of advertised above-standard services, especially hot and cold drinks, snacks, steward assistance, Wi-fi internet connection, screen, newsletters, magazines etc. are above-standard services.
If these services are not provided during the journey, passengers are not entitled to compensation. Notice of the provision of the advertised services is given in the Contractual Conditions of Carriage, to which the client agrees when purchasing the ticket.
Awful
Train arrival time kept getting delayed and switched around. The platform it was set to arrive on kept changing as well, so I was running all around the train station. Customer service representative was rude and useless. The departure board that was specific to regiojet did not update on time and I ended up missing my train when the arrival time was bumped up 10 minutes after hours of delays. Waste of time and money and more. No one should ever use this company.

We traveled from Prague to Krakow (at least we were supposed to). No one asked us for tickets until we asked ourselves!!!
The heating in the compartment didn't work. We asked the conductor if it would work. She said that no!!! There was -2 outside, and it felt -2 inside too. We slept in our clothes and wrapped in everything we had. It was very cold!!!
Finally, we woke up in Rzeszów (2 hours out of Krakow). No one woke us up in Krakow! We asked the conductor how it could happen, and she just giggled.
Just avoid this company as a plague!
They are a joke of a company: last day cancellations
They are a joke of a company. We booked one month in advance for our trip from Prague to Vienna. They emailed us the same morning of the trip saying the following:
Hello, For operational reasons, the car number 3 where you have booked your seat will not be used on your train 12/10/23 RJ 1037. You can cancel your ticket free of charge and purchase a new ticket for different time. We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences. RegioJet
Obviosly, on a Sunday all the other trains were already fully booked. They can go to hell.

This company is a joke. I used them a lot and I grown to hate them with passion.
I hope this company goes bankrupt soon. Trains are always late, sometimes by 2-3 hours, in the summer there is no A/C, and now they started emailing a couple of hours before my journey that my wagon is not gonna be running, so I should cancel my ticket.
Broken heating system
I was noticed that heating system is broken in the train less then 24h before departure. Couldn’t even check their service. Hope they at least will return money, I don’t have any answer yet.
