This is my honest review to warn anyone considering ordering from this website. I regret not reading other reviews beforehand.

The items are definitely not shipped from the UK. I ordered a dress more than two weeks in advance, but unfortunately it did not arrive on time.

The dress cost £50. When it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The material was cheap and poor quality.

Of course, I wanted to return it immediately. This led to several email exchanges during which I was gradually offered larger and larger discounts in an attempt to persuade me to keep the dress.

When I firmly stated that I wanted a refund and wished to return the item, I was finally given a return address. It turned out that I had to send it back to Australia, where the return shipping cost was £26!

The company is registered in the Netherlands, the website operates under a .co.uk domain.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Absolutely awful, do not buy from this company. I ordered outfits for us to wear as guests at a wedding. Firstly they split the order into three packages, one arrived after a month with two pairs of shoes that were cheaply made and very poor quality.( looked like they had been shipped in from china ) the other two packages have not arrived. Upon contacting customer services for a refund several times, they keep refusing until the other part of the order arrives.when I told them event the outfits were ordered for had long passed and I did not want the order regardless of its whereabouts they insist they won’t refund until it’s here. ( clearly lost in transit) they continued to argue over a refund even though I stated they advertise delivery in 5-7 days. Do not waste your time or money on this absolute joke of a company. I wish I hadn’t.

**extremely poor** the clothes I ordered are of poor quality, don't look like the images on the website and to return them I have to ship them to Australia at my cost.

After many emails I have been fully refunded without returning my item. It's been a frustrating few weeks but finally sorted, such a shame 😌
HOW CAN THIS COMPANY STILL BE ALLOWED TO TRADE? I ordered a dress for a funeral, firstly it didn't arrive in time. Secondly when it did it was absolutely nothing like what was advertised. I was suspicious about returning when there was no paperwork in the package. After numerous emails not one of my questions has been answered, I have been offered a partial refund which started low and has now increased to 50%. A full refund only when I return the item to there warehouse in Australia. The company address in the Netherlands does not accept items. I have just raised a dispute with my bank and I will be contacting trading standards etc etc. Please dont fall prey to these cowboys. I truly wish I had read all of these reviews before I had gone ahead.

Oh my days I have purchased a denim dress looks lovely on their website £90.00 down to £49.00, it’s arrived a awful blue colour cotton type dress white uneven stitching, awful it’s like buying a silver fancy bin and receiving a cheap black see through bin bag, contacted the company offered a 50% refund and I can keep the dress, what for rags !!! Anyway here’s a picture Uk buyers or anyone don’t buy from these con merchants.

I strongly advise anyone NOT to buy from this company.

It’s nothing short of embezzlement.
I ordered 3 LINEN shirt as gifts, the cost being £76, when they arrived they were nothing like the ones advertised!
They were made of polyester & poor quality.
I wish I had read the reviews beforehand then I definitely would not purchase from them!
I’m not even going for a refund because reading customer complaints, it’s an absolute waste of time.
HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT!!!

Am still trying to get a full refund. Ordered a Nobody’s Child dress and was sent an unbranded cheap dress.
They respond to my emails once a day and do not answer my questions. I am sure they are bot responses.
I have reported to UK fraud agency and trading standards.
Complete sham and fraudulent site.

I had to give 1 star to do this review but they dont deserve even this!
Fake website, the pictures have been stolen from another website!
The garments that are sent are nothing like the pictures, fabric not as described and they make returns as difficult as they can so you don't. I ended up going to my bank and lodged a dispute with them to get my money back. This company then claimed they'd refunded me in full and asked me to close the dispute. I haven't received a penny from them so no, I haven't closed the dispute but the bank have refunded me in full and upheld my dispute.

Avoid at all costs. This is a fraudulent company. I bought a linen dress that turned out to have 0% linen and was made from polyester. Customers have to pay for the return to Australia despite marketing themselves as a European based company.

It should be possible to give zero star!
I just received the sandals that looks nothing like the picture on the site and are in no way "Orthopaedic Wedge Slingback Sandal with arch Support Plantar Fasciitis" - just flat piece of rubbish.
I should have read the revues before.

Total scam. Can’t return even though within the 30 days (requested return and refund and they’ve said no?!) Dresses are of very poor quality and not at all like the pictures. Wouldn’t even resell on Vinted for a cheap price, straight in the bin, £100 wasted. Totally gutted.

I have reported this disgusting company to trading standards, false advertising, disgusting quality. Paid £60 for a dress that I wouldn’t use as a dish rag. Avoid!! Absolute crooks

Do not buy off this company poor quality no label on dress or wash instructions. Want to return but was told have to send back to America absolutely disgusting. The dress was different from the one they advertised on their website.

To be honest zero stars..do not order from this company. Currently on email 13 trying to get refund.
Offered 15 percent of cost as a refund. After 13 emails its raised to 40 percent and I have to pay to post returns to Australia...AI generated emails and so much hassle .cheap quality goods. Have never had such a poor customer service ...appalling.

Agree with so many of the reviews on here and wish I had read them first. Purchased ‘orthopedic wedges’. Received flat piece of plastic tat. Now waiting for confirmation of where they should be returned to - no doubt China or some other far flung place, meaning that there is no point by the time I pay the postage costs. Agree, another scam company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I would give a negative star rating if I could. This company is refusing to refund me in full if I don't send the item of clothing back to a warehouse in Australia!? On the website, the only address stated is one in the Netherlands. They have messaged me multiple times offering a partial refund but nowhere on their website does it say anything about partial refunds or Australian return addresses. I suspect they've made up this Australian address as a way to bully and manipulate us (the customers) into accepting a partial refund instead of a full one. On top of the complete lack of transparency and deception, the quality of the item I ordered is beyond poor and looks nothing like the item's picture on the website. Horrendous. I'll be contacting Action Fraud.

What an absolute shocking experience I have had, first of all it took nearly 4 weeks to receive the dress which looked stunning on the website but when it arrived it looked like the poorest quality rag I have ever seen, so disappointing.
I was offered after quite a few emails with Trish 25 percent back from what I paid for it, I was told I couldn’t have a full refund, they have stopped communicating with me now, I still have the rag and £50 down.
Please don’t waste your money on this rubbish.

We are trying to return a dress to Regents Society who are clearly a scam company. Following a number of emails and offers of 15%, 30% and finally 40%. I have included the letter I have sent on my mum's behalf which details about the sham of a company. Lets see what happens next:

It is becoming increasingly clear that your business is operating in a highly misleading manner. Your website states that your business address is:

However, you are instructing customers to return items to Australia. Furthermore, the tracking information clearly shows that the dress was shipped from China. These facts simply do not align and raise serious questions about the transparency and legitimacy of your business operations.

The contact details provided on your website are equally concerning. The telephone number listed, +44 7311126778, is a UK mobile number, yet it does not connect. Between the Dutch business address, the UK telephone number, the Chinese shipping origin, and the Australian return address, it is impossible to determine where your company is actually based.

The dress we received was made from cheap, poor-quality material, arrived stuffed into a plastic bag, and looked nothing like the product advertised on your website. It was clearly misrepresented and not fit for purpose.

Your continued attempts to offer partial refunds instead of accepting responsibility for selling a product that is not as described only reinforce the concerns raised by the hundreds of negative reviews from customers reporting the exact same experience. Offering 40% of the purchase price is frankly insulting.

You are fully aware that returning an item from the UK to Australia would involve significant expense and lengthy shipping times, potentially taking the matter beyond your 30-day returns period. This appears to be nothing more than a tactic to discourage customers from exercising their right to a refund.

We reject your offer and require a full refund. We will also be reporting your company and submitting complaints regarding your misleading advertising, questionable business practices, non-functioning contact details, and failure to provide an appropriate remedy for goods that are clearly not as described.

I expect confirmation that a full refund will be issued without further delay.

A chiffon dress for £49.99 was ordered. It took 3 weeks to arrive. Was not chiffon. Was very poor quality. Not fit to wear for an event. I asked to return as per the refund policy. 3 days of emails, having to get more assertive, i got agreement to return the dress -at cost to me, to an address in Australia when their office is listed in Europe. Do not use! They use layers to disguise they are a chinese company. Sending low quality items.

Just received my dress and like all other negative reviews it’s awful cheap material and doesn’t fit, it’s nothing like the picture on website. So far I’ve been offered 25% refund to keep the dress. I have declined this and replied with I want a full refund. I will contact my credit card to see if they can help me.
