I ordered a necklace and ring from them. It did take a little while to get here but I'm in the US. Great quality on both and have gotten several compliments on my jewelry. My kids have longer names but they fit great on the necklace and ring.

This beautiful bracelet is of special meaning for me. I added the names of my 4 grandkids, and I wear the bracelet every day so that I feel closer to them. My granddaughter is studying in Japan for her Master's, the next two oldest are studying at the U of Michigan, and the 4th is in high school in Connecticut. A special bracelet for 4 special grandchildren!

I mistakingly entered the wrong delivery address on my order. I reached out to customer service and they responded the next day. They were very gracious and trying to help me investigate the matter. Unfortunately, I was unable to recover the package. Because I purchased shipping insurance, they re-shipped my order with no hassle. In fact, they initiated the re-order without me asking and sent a tracking confirmation to my email. I appreciate their fast response because the gifts were for special events. I love small family businesses!! they always add a special touch!

I ordered a personalised name bracelet for a present in 2nd February now 4 weeks later and no email to advise any update! Emailed company to enquire when my order would be sent to receive no reply!! No contact number to call this company….unhappy customer as taken the money and still no goods. Looks like a dispute will need to be raised with my bank to get money back!!

So far, this is taking forever. I gave it 3 stars cuz I haven't received it yet, after 4 weeks. Amazon , and everyone else, should be obligated to say where every business is shipping from. It is maddening!

I wrote a review about not receiving the necklace I ordered over 3 months ago. They claim my shipping address is incorrect and the courier could not deliver. I confirmed my shipping address with them and they told me it was still incorrect. Now they are asking me to take down my review. No way!

Getting emailed to delete my review and they will refund me is crazy! And clearly I'm not the only one. Scam company!

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered in November and I still have not received my order 3 months later. I have emailed back and forth with them and all I keep getting are excuses! 24 emails later and this was the response I got this morning. Asking me to be patient? I have been patient. I gave you my $, you failed to deliver a Christmas gift, and 3 months later I still do not have my items. I have been told they shipped a new order. I have been told I was issued a store credit. None of these things are true. SCAM COMPANY!!

Ordered two necklaces just before Christmas, so around the second week of December. I received an out for delivery notification beginning of January. The package never arrived. I reached out to the company second week of January to see where my package was. They said it was unable to be delivered due to not having an access code. My building does not require a code and does not have any gate to access. So after re-confirming the address, they said they were going to ship out another one asap. So I waited yet again, but never received any sort of confirmation of shipment. Two weeks go by and I never received my package. I reached out a third time and they said they would ship it out again. A week goes by and still nothing. I reached out a fourth time demanding a refund and there was silence. After I disputed the charge with my cc company, I finally heard back from the company and they refunded the money.
I’m very disappointed with this company. They kept claiming that my package was undeliverable, but in the last 2 weeks I have ordered from other companies through Etsy and received my packages with no issues. Would never order from this company again.
