The solar panel installation went really smoothly - I was impressed by the professionalism of all involved.

​This company managed the Warmer Homes grant project for my home. My experience with them while they worked on this project has been great. The main person I have to praise is Xeni, he was my go-to throughout the whole project. He was so understanding and on the ball with everything I was unhappy about and sorted those issues out as they came up. He was always calm, respectful, and polite, and kept up with his promises and correspondence. This helped because I knew I wasn't forgotten, which is why I feel the whole project went smoothly. ​I feel there should be a Xeni in every company​!!

I'm delighted with Refyt - their team knocked on our door and told us grants were available for properties with D or lower energy performance ratings. We got our survey done immediately and we qualified. We had done all that we could afford and despite trying to save for solar panels we just couldn't.

Our install of the solar panels and inverter was done in the dark days of winter and there were a couple of setbacks eg a cancellation because of rain - but the team (scaffolders, electricians and roofers plus office admins) were so hardworking and worked through any difficulties eg needing particular brackets because of our types of roof tiles, an issue they resolved with our electricity, etc.

Now the days are sunnier we are getting nearly all our energy from our panels - I can see this via an app. It is so much better for the environment and it will also reduce our energy costs. I am really grateful - thank you all at Refyt.

The company kept me fully updated with the installation schedule, so that I knew what would be happening when and were excellent in sending through the necessary paperwork and certificates when the installation work was completed. The installation team were very respectful of my property, wearing overshoes when walking though my home and were very polite, courteous and hardworking. Their work both internally and externally was very neat and they left the work areas very clean at the end of the day.

We had solar PV installed under the Government’s Warmer Homes Initiative, and our experience with Refyt, who managed the project, was excellent throughout.

Communication with Xeni and Mustafa was straightforward and responsive, mainly via WhatsApp and phone. The electrician (Pavel), the scaffolding team, and the solar installers all arrived as scheduled, and the work progressed smoothly and to plan. Having dealt with unreliable trades in the past, Refyt stood out for being well organised, efficient, and easy to work with.

I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends and family.

I own a terraced house and contacted Refyt for external wall insulation. Overall, I’m very happy with both the process and the final result.

The work was carried out to a good standard and the team on site were polite, kind and respectful. Xeni, the project manager, was excellent throughout – communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which makes a big difference during this type of work.

As with most construction projects, there were a few small hiccups along the way, but nothing serious. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally.

They also kindly helped with a couple of small additional jobs I asked for, without charging extra, which I really appreciated. Both the head office and the on-site team were supportive and easy to deal with.

Overall, Refyt come across as a young, talented, and professional company. I’m very content with the results, the communication, and the way the whole project was handled, and I would happily recommend them to others considering wall insulation.

All the staff involved in the installation were very polite. Mustafa was extremely supportive throughout the process and answered all my questions. I would happily recommend this company.

The roofer also spotted some damage on my roof and made me aware of it. Luckily, the scaffolding is still in place, and Mustafa kindly helped arrange for it to stay up a bit longer so I can sort the necessary repairs.

Great customer service from Mustafa. The installers were quick and efficient. The electrician team were good at finding solutions to suit us as customers.

I have to say, Ahmed the surveyor was amazing. Very professional and respectful of my home, funny and really chatty enjoyed meeting him. Hope he gets his commission. (Private joke). Abdullha the contractor was absolutely fantastic. He did an excellent job, respectful of my home, extremely clean and tidy, always made sure to let me know what’s going on etc. Abdullha is a grafter, worked really hard and so did the rest of his workers, really nice guys, very professional. The electrician did a great job, really tried his best to keep clean, tidied when he finished. Rashad was very professional, kept me upto date in a timely fashion. Any issues I did have, he was more than happy to apologise and dealt with the problem. The house looks and feels amazing. Only need my heating on for a couple of times through the day, can really notice a difference. Just want to say a huge thank you to all of them. It was an experience, loads of people in and out but..it was a happy experience.

Very pleased with the work. Both the office contact and the workers were very friendly.

Great service-professional staff and has improved my EPC from D to C which is fantastic. Only downside was finding a time to take the scaffolding down due to my shift work, weather constraints and their schedules. Thank you!
