No one was pushing an agenda

No one was pushing an agenda. The information was straight forward, and all my questions were answered. There was never any doubt that a lot of time was involved for the process to move forward. But the information and time frame were accurate.

RefundsPro Service was so easy to work with. They were honest and upfront with the information they gave me to receive my refund. It took awhile for my check to arrive but they informed me and kept me informed all the way through the process. I referred them to my friends and colleague. Thank you so much for all you have done.

Small Company

Refunds Pro was there for us. No other company would help since we are only two people. Refunds Pro told us exactly what information they needed and then they did all the work. Our refunds came as promised and we never could have done it without them. Many thanks.

Communication with the people at Refunds Pro whether via telephone or email was simply super. They were a great help, always there for us. All the schedules required are not the easiest to obtain, but when we went wrong, their staff helped us to get the final proper forms needed in order to get the final work to the IRS.
