Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. After placing our order only 6 out of the 9 products ordered were in stock. We were given the option of part receiving the order with the remainder to follow, or receive a refund for the products out of stock. We chose to part receive the order with the remainder to follow, and through no fault of Refresh Store we experienced issues with DHL delivery who returned the parcel to them because the DHL drop point declined to receive it. Refresh Store contacted us to query the returned parcel, and after we explained what had happened they resent the parcel to a different address at no extra charge. In addition, the remaining products were also sent and received by this point.
Communication was excellent, friendly and prompt.
Highly recommend.

Unfortunately as there are many manufacturers of cups we cannot guarantee it will fit perfectly with cups we do not stock. If you would like to return them we are happy to process a refund.

You can't beat the price and fast delivery
