Very disappointing experience with ReFloor. We hired them to replace approximately 1,300 sq ft of carpet upstairs with luxury vinyl flooring for around $18,000. The flooring itself looks nice, but the installation process and customer service have been unacceptable.

The biggest issue was the transitions between the new flooring and existing tile in our bathrooms and laundry room. The installers failed to account for the height difference created by removing carpet and pad and replacing it with thinner luxury vinyl. Instead of discussing options with us, they installed white quarter round that looked out of place and did not solve the problem.

When we raised our concerns, we were told there was nothing they could do and were even advised to go to Home Depot and finish it ourselves. After multiple complaints, a manager came out and a new transition was installed, but the color match was completely wrong. We were later told to color-match a stain ourselves.

They also missed a section of quarter round in our daughter’s bedroom, which remains unfinished. It has now been a full month since the project started, and our $18,000 flooring job is still not complete.

A company that claims to be flooring experts should provide solutions, communicate clearly, and complete the work professionally. Customers should not have to finish a project they paid professionals to complete.

I contracted refloor to do flooring job for me. I made a mistake I read the bad reviews but got con anyways. They as offer to me that I refuse, they call me back and lower the price. I thought I was getting a good deal but the scam had started. I got lock in a deal with Greensky who fiancé the job Refloor never did and both companies Greensky and refloor disappeared. Please read the bad reviews and believed what you read.

I had an exceptional experience working with Tyler, the Sales Manager at ReFloor. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best flooring solution within my budget. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured.

What impressed me most was Tyler’s commitment to customer service. He worked diligently to find options that fit my budget without compromising on quality, and he was able to schedule my installation within the same week, which exceeded my expectations.

It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service with genuine care for their customers, but Tyler does exactly that.
