Frustrating customer service
I was asked to write a reference for a student. I was receiving lots of emails, and tried to contact them to check if I could do it by a certain date or whether it needed doing urgently (as a professor, I get many of these each week at this time of year so need to manage my time). It was impossible to contact a real person and automated responses have left me unclear whether the reference is still need. Extremely unprofessional: if you are a business, avoid contracting your recruitment out to this company at all costs.
