Reel Fishing Recenzje

Rang yesterday and asked if they has a certain bait. answer was "No, we don't and don't ever ring here again asking for that." ?? What the actual hell?
Give your head a wobble mate. Your not that big.
As a business owner in Bridgend mind I would never talk to my customers like that. Or would i be recommending you to them.

Made a mistake when ordering, realised after receiving Email confirmation. Made contact straight away. Received Email from Keith the following morning stating all rectified as requested. Refund and goods arrived well packaged within 48hrs of ordering. Would highly recommend this company and will be using again

Ordered an imax intenze and slosh 20 combo from this company yesterday and recieved them today, so chuffed to bits, used the live chat feature and they responded immediately to any inquiry I had so 5 stars from me love the combo too

Would never order from here again paid next day delivery only to receive it 4 days later item came in the wrong box and then when opened come to find out it was an ex display item with tears in the fabric and loose stitching then when phoned to complain was met with a rude customer service wasn’t very helpful will be staying clear of this place

Delivered the wrong item & were completely unhelpful in terms of resolving the issue. Will not be using again.

Excellent service. Great price. There was a problem with their website which was adding postage to an order over £100, which should have been free. Quick phone call, problem resolved, goods arrived the following day and postage was refunded.
