I ordered a wireless controller at the recommendation of my IT MSP. After weeks of trying to get the device to recognize the access points, they figured out it was incompatible with my AP built in 2012. I contacted Reef Telecom and they were gracious enough to accept my return and refund my money.
Throughout the sale and refund, the president of the company was very involved and took care of every detail. Although I returned my item, I will look at Reef Telecom for future networking needs.

Not everything came in the box that was needed to use the headset. I am very disappointed. I’m having to wait an extra week to get the earpiece for the headset. I’m not very happy at all.
