Connor Stainthorpe was an absolute saint. I had just been a little fed up with my current job when a message with an amazing opportunity popped up from Connor, although I was unsuccessful the first time around, Connor prepared me perfectly and the interviewer thought so to. However Connor made it his personal mission and made sure I had another opportunity in less than a few days, at which I was successful which I couldn’t have done or even found without Connor’s assistance, thank you for everything!

I was sent to Reed when my job finished and had to sign on, they said they had phoned me about a job and I didn't return phonecall so put on my file as refusing a offer of an interview even though I showed them my call history to prove they hadn't it was left on my file as they said they couldn't remove it, no email and text either,no apology, I found they didn't try to match you with a suitable job either, I found myself a job and very happy I'm in work no thanks to Reed, I found them unhelpful and my advisor was bullying and seemed only interested in numbers and looking good.
I could say a lot more, experience with them was unpleasant.

I had the privilege of speaking with Karishma earlier in October to discuss my ongoing job search and was very impressed with her professionalism. I worked for Reed education in Plymouth for around 10 months, and found the help I was supposed to receive useless. My manager only cared about her own figures and kept the school jobs she promised me when I started. I was always funding her pot and only getting the scraps. Mistakes were made by both her and another colleague in the office, where my figures and funds went to them. I had a little of the funds returned, but not my figures. He then gets a promotion off my figures ! I'm left with my figures not being high enough. If you don't want to be left doubting your ability for the rest of your days, find a better firm to work with.
