Redspot took $5544 from my card 3 weeks after I returned the car. And they didn't give any explanation / any reason why they took the money.
They didn't reply the email and didn't answer the call.
I returned the car in a good condition without any damage, and I refilled the fuel full too.

Very helpful, easy to rent as Proserpine airport & drop off was no drama. Highly recommended

10 mins before going to airport sent us long text including not insured dusk to dawn what a joke

Adelaide airport representative for Redspot couldn’t get port Lincoln or anybody to answer either as no desk at port Lincoln
Useless and went to Avis who sorted it in 4 minutes and cost 50 bucks more

This company is horrendous. They lie to you and promise one thing and do another. Their customer service is equally appalling and distressing. They treat customers very poorly and in a dictatorial fashion by making rude remarks. Our refund has not be returned yet even though we were promised it would be. When they tell you that it will be returned it should be returned on time. But they keep delaying and delaying and then process only a partial refund. I will not trust this company and give them any business in the future as they are untrustworthy. They also have zero customer service because when you call their customer care number it just goes to one of their locations and the reps that answer are incredibly rude and threatening. They try to bully the customer by withholding information from them. Please think before renting with this unethical company.

Service was great once they opened. I had an 8am pick up but was not told that was when they opened. A half hour wait due to the queuing. Would use again, but keep this fact in mind.
Very accommodating about late return - same day.

We phoned rather than booking on line. The lady was very helpful and found us the right car at the right price.

We rented directly at the airport and got great customer service and a very fair price for a spontaneous 3-week car rental. We got a hybrid car that was performing perfectly during our stay and was perfect for our needs during the trip. Thanks to the guys at Perth airport!

Terribly unhelpful company. I have sent multiple requests to their claims department for information needed as part of an insurance claim. I have had one response, in nearly two months of chasing, with only half of the requested information provided. I have been continually ignored since, despite attempts to escalate including to their customer service team. Having used other car rental companies in the area, I highly recommend avoiding this one and choosing one of those other companies!
