Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier zu bestellen.

Ich renne mittlerweile seit 2 Monaten einem Retourenschein hinterher. Auf mehrere E-Mails wird einfach nicht reagiert. Ein einziges Mal kam eine Antwort mit der Behauptung, man könne meine ursprüngliche Anfrage nicht finden. Daraufhin habe ich die entsprechenden E-Mails sofort erneut weitergeleitet – und seitdem herrscht wieder Funkstille. Das ist inzwischen auch schon fast 1 Monat her.

So einen schlechten Kundenservice habe ich selten erlebt. Man wird komplett ignoriert und muss seinem Rückgaberecht hinterherlaufen. Für mich ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Ich werde dort definitiv nie wieder bestellen und kann jedem nur empfehlen, sich vorher gut zu überlegen, ob er dort einkauft.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht vom Kundenservice.

Die Brille selbst ist in Ordnung, allerdings wollte ich sie innerhalb der Rückgabefrist zurücksenden, weil sie mir nicht steht. Ich habe den Kundenservice bereits mehrfach per E-Mail kontaktiert und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Statt einer Rückmeldung zu meiner Rücksendeanfrage bekomme ich lediglich Werbe-E-Mails mit der Bitte, eine Bewertung abzugeben.

Ein Unternehmen sollte auf Rückgabeanfragen reagieren und seine Kunden nicht ignorieren. Solange dieses Problem nicht gelöst ist, kann ich den Shop leider nicht empfehlen.

Great quality sunglasses on the same level of ray ban. Ordered a couple because i couldn’t choose. Return was great no issues. My one stop shop for sunglasses from now on.

Voilà j'ai passé une commande sur le site et ils ont fait une erreur sur mon adresse postale sur le site du transporteur les indices qu'il attend toujours le colis et eux ils me disent qu'ils l'ont envoyé. J'ai envoyé plusieurs email sans réponse alors que j'étais débité de 130€ numéro de commande (8877329)

An error was made in my address, and they refused to correct it. So I asked for a cancellation, and they also refused to do so. Had to call my bank to decline the charge as fraudulent (which at this point, it was).

Ordered came quick great, but i have tried to email them to return the item - emails ignored. Lost out on over £100. Will have to dispute it with my bank

Very dissapoited with the quality, paid 120€ and compare to cheaper brands the quality is lower. The models are nice but poor quality!

I’ve been scrolling through their website for a long time. But when my package arrived, I didn’t expect they would even look better in person. They’ve put a lot of thought into detail. You’ve got yourself a new loyal customer. Will be buying the Creators soon.

I was would say poor customer service if they existed. Ignored my emails. I sent a few emails and I even sent them a message on instagram still. I response. I received the wrong order I just wanted to exchange them for the correct ones. Lost out on £96. Stay Away!
