The team is very informative, knows exactly the answers to my questions. At the time I did not about certain car parts were illegal at the time for California due to restrictions of smog checking. Which needs to be certified card legal. Redline360 is a very trust worthy car part dealer.

I have nothing but good things to say about Redline 360 . I’ve ordered multiple times with them and I’ve made some mistakes myself and they’re always very responsive and helpful .This last time James the order management specialist helped me out and was very responsive and helpful . Redline 360 is a great company! I personally worked with James who emailed me right away that the item was not in stock. He offered different options. Very professional and quick I highly recommend them to anyone looking for car parts! Thank you James and redline360!

I ordered an item. Takes two days to process. I asked in three emails the same day I ordered for that to be canceled. The item shipped anyways. I had to wait for the item to be delivered to start the refund process. Now because of the “rules” they can’t refund me the full amount they have a 20% restock fee. I don’t know why it took two days for them to cancel my order. Unless that’s what they do to get a chunk of your money and blame it on the rules that they can’t change. So I’m out $140 because no one there checks emails and cancels an order. Scam will not recommend.

Had an issue with California compliance, Yves reached out and helped correct the order so I could receive exactly what I needed.

Bought a pair of headlights, shopping experience was great and it arrived pretty quickly to my door. Turns out they were defective which isn’t their fault. Wanted to see what I can do in terms of that since Spec D QC didn’t do a great job. Cherry from customer service was there helping me trying to see what solution we can come to. Cherry stood on top of it and kept me updated and didn’t leave me in the dark. All in all despite Spec Ds mess up. I had a great experience with redline360

Wrong part was sent an they refused to exchange also they want me to return the part by FedEx an insure the package with me paying for it while it's their fault they sent me the wrong part.

My experience was amazing. I like how they were able to switch out my shipment for the correct one easy given them the information and that was it very easy and fast

They did amazing as one of the items I requested was unable to be shipped and supplied me with a slightly nicer one as a “make up” for the inconvenience

After shopping and searching for details, I reached out to customer support at Redline360. I received a prompt reply from Yves to a list of details for the Cipher steering wheel for my 2012 NC Miata (Stormy Blue). The replies were very specific to answer each point with facts. I purchased the wheel and it is installed. I am very pleased with this first time purchase. There will be more for sure.

The Customer comes first with this Establishment. That is huge in my book. I needed a return and they got back with me the same day. Unheard of by many other companies. If you need performance parts for your build, I would suggest Redline 360. They are the real deal.

I ordered an exhaust for my car and it got sold out while it was processing. James reached out to and quickly figured out a solution and helped me get a different one. I was genuinely surprised but the customer service and how quickly he replied and took care of me. First time using them but it definitely won’t be the last

Quick and efficient communication from this company, James in particular. He helped me out with my order and let me know that it was going to ship from the factory due to an issue with the order on their end. He was so helpful, and walked me through the entire process! He told me it would be 2-3 weeks, and it shipped super fast and arrived after only 1.5 weeks! I can't wait to get these coilovers installed and start enjoying them ASAP! Thanks again James!
