Great choice, great price, fast delivery
Found Redhot Sunglasses on Google and was really impressed with the choice they offered especially as most items were subject to 40% discount. The ste was easy to navigate and I really like being able to pay with PayPal. If I was really picky as I was looking for Ski Goggles I would have liked more detailed sizing information but I was very happy with the Oakleys I chose which were delivered extrely quickly. Many thanks for a great service experience

Ordered a pair of Oakley blender polarized which look great but too early for a proper review. However service from Red Hot Sunglasses was...red hot. Got a message giving me an hour time slot for delivery and item turned up on time. If only all were like this.

Good service up to a point then a let down.
I ordered sunglasses that were, according to the picture on the site, supposed to come with a hard case but only came with a fabric case. When I complained that I would now have to spend more to get a hard case I was offered nothing as recompense for their mistake. I will not be using them again.

In reference to the email correspondence you had with one of our sales team, we have explained and apologized for this mistake as we also incorrectly believed that all of the Limited Edition Ferrari Oakley models were presented with a red hard case.
As a result, the image of the red case was unfortunately added to the product out of genuine fault rather than as an intention to mislead the customer.
Unfortunately - as we have also explained - we can not re compensate because Oakley are unable to provide additional cases to sellers due to their stringent fraud policies. Additional cases are also not available to buy. As the items' price does not include the case (as it is not sold with this product) and considering that the product has already been reduced in sale by 20% we were sadly unable to offer you a further discount. All we can offer is an additional discount the next time you choose to purchase with us.
We are extremely sorry for the confusion as we have explained but this incident should not be considered a reflection on our regular service or the quality of our products.

Shades ahead of the online competition....
Been wanting some Ray-Bans for a now and always had a specific pair in mind.
Searched for them online and about 3 other places were far more expensive.
Found them on Red Hot Sunglasses, cheaper, ordered then, and delivery was the next day - at the time they promised.
