Ordering couldn't have been simpler & the service throughout was on top form with regular updates as to the status of my order & subsequent despatch of my goods. Courier company DPD were also brilliant, cannot fault them. On arrival my sunglasses were well wrapped including the guarantee card & designer case & box. Incompetent customer service and unreliable
Ordered item, next day i receive an email saying that the item is out of stock and the computer had not processed this yet (come on?!). I was asked if i wanted to wait until the following day about IF the stock could be ' replenished' and I could then receive my order 10 days later or get a refund. I said I will wait and I specifically wrote an email back saying I want to be told about the new information. Three days later....nothing. They have my money, I have not received an update in whether they can even stock the item yet!

We have taken care to inform you in the original email that it takes 10 working days for replenishment and that we would update you with any further information where possible. We have not as of yet received any further updates but we will chase this up for you today.
Please be aware that your order was passed to the Brand Buying team for order from the manufacturer after the email was sent.
Whilst we appreciate your feedback we disagree on this occasion that our customer service has been poor; unfortunately it is the case that we do not have the stock to meet customer demand. Please be assured that we always work hard to ensure we notify our customers within at least 24 hours should their item become out of stock. We take care to give the customer the choice to cancel or exchange and we order all Out Of Stock items as soon as we become aware of any shortages. Items should take 10 working days to arrive and we aim to dispatch as soon as the item is received. We are sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
I am cynical about reviews generally speaking.
This will sound like it's made up but it's genuine. I have used RedHotSunglasses twice. Both times they have been entirely reliable, prompt with delivery and very competitively priced. I can't praise them enough and I rarely bother to leave reviews. In this instance they deserve a 'well done'. I spoke to them on the phone, very helpful. Sunglasses are one of those things that you have to be careful of buying over the internet with many fakes around. RedHotSunglasses are reputable official dealers and both pairs of RayBan I have bought of them are 100% genuine. I will definitely be back to buy from them. A++++++++++++++++++++++++

Fantastic service
I was hesitant to use the site at first, as I had never heard of them. I spoke to a lovely lady called Nicola on the chat box on the site & she was very helpful & answered any questions I had. I ordered my glasses on the Friday, had a confirmation email & delivery email saying that would be here on Monday. To my surprise the delivery company emailed me Sunday to say my order was being delivered, that day. Overall fantastic service, fast delivery & quality sunglasses.

Fantastic brands & styles at even better prices.
I had been looking for the Prada Baroque for so long but the price of them had been putting me off. I managed to find the style on Red Hot Sunglasses at half the price of other websites and with a further 15% discount. Absolute bargain, fast delivery. Would thoroughly recommend.

I was very impressed with the service from red hot sunglasses. They told me the exact delivery date via email and text with the option to change the delivery date to suit me. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great sunglasses, pity about delivery mis-information
I lost a pair of identical sunglasses to what I ordered, last week. So these are brilliant. The only problem was, I was told they would be delivered on Tuesday, so around 11am I 'phoned the delivery people and was informed that the glasses wouldn't be coming until Wednesday, which they did bright and early. Good job I 'phoned or I would have been waiting in all day.

Unfortunately this appears to have been an issue with our couriers DPD on this occasion. Usually we have a 99.9% success rate with our Next Day Delivery service by DPD and we are sorry that this was not the case with your particular order meaning that your parcel was delayed by an extra day.
We will be working with DPD to ensure this does not happen with future customers. However, we are pleased you received your glasses in the end and hope you enjoy wearing them :)

Recd sunglasses after contacting trustpilot
Two weeks later my item still hasn't even shipped. Asked for tracking number did not receive. about ship date. Not sure if a site or not?? I guess if price seems too good to be true....it is,
Definitely do NOT recommend
Amend - after I posted the review, they did ship the sunglasses and they got held up at Fedex and I had to pay duty. Glasses are authentic and beautiful.
Amended AGAIN pet trustpilot. They don't like certain words so we should all be aware of that when writing reviews. They emailed me several times with what words to take out (not profanity).
Is this what you want?? Whatever....

Unfortunately it appears you have had a rare negative experience with us which we can only apologize profusely for. We hope to rectify with you as soon as we can. Usually our customers receive a notification with a tracking number once the order is dispatched so it would never be our intention to mislead a customer about their shipping date.
According to the information at hand for our customer service team, your order was dispatched on 24th September 2014. However we note that you have received no further information regarding this nor your parcel.
After contacting FedEx to look into this further we have located your order and obtained your tracking number which shows that the parcel is currently being held by customs. We shall get in touch with FedEx immediately to ensure your parcels' release and safe delivery to you. We shall send out a free sunglasses kit and also honor a future discount should you choose to order with us again in order to make up for the delay you have experienced.
Sadly, this error appears to have been a result of FedEx's services rather than ourselves on this occasion and we feel that your current review is an unfair reflection on our company as your order has still not yet been fulfilled. Once we can rectify the issues you have experienced hopefully you will be able to amend your feedback to a more positive review.
