Der Service ok , es gibt 1-2 Punkte Abzug , da der Rückversand ( hatte 2 projektkörbwegen P27 zur Auswahl bestellt und einen zurückgeschickt )von Deutschland aus sehr teuer ist und man diesen selbst bezahlen muss .. ( um die 20€)
Ich hatte das geschrieben und bekam als Antwort , ich hätte einen billigeren als DHL wählen können . Ich wohne auf dem Land und bin froh , dass wir überhaupt DHL haben . Die anderen Anbieter sind 20 km entfernt , und wie ich nachgeschaut habe auch nicht billiger (GLS und UPS)
Die Antwort fand ich nicht so toll ..
Hätte mir gewünscht , dass zumindest die Hälfte der Transportkosten übernommen wird !
