I booked my vacation with Redeem Vacations. They were great. I always had someone available to answer my questions. There were resort fees that had to be paid but I got the answer about that before I left home. I was able to be prepared. When we arrived, we ended up upgrading our room to Sphere view for only $16 extra a night. It was totally worth it! The room was nice and clean. We could choose the frequency of housekeeping. Our belongings were safe. There was also a safe in the closet for our expensive items. I could fit my 15.6 inch laptop in there. Our beds are comfortable and there were containers of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. Downstairs there were gift shops, bars, plenty of restaurants, and the casino. There is even a baggage check that can hold your bags up to 24 hours if you get there before your room is ready or if you are checking out but your flight doesn't leave until later.

I had a great experience with Redeem Vacations. I will be the first to admit that I was skeptical, but they were great and exceeded my expectation.

The $219.60 resort fee was unjustified, considering an additional $55 per night parking fee, charges for washer and dryer, no complimentary breakfast or transportation services to or from hotel other than the City Bus.

Great hotel that I stayed at in punta cana. No timeshare sales pitches, just check in and you are all set. They didn’t even take my credit card on file. Everything was paid for.

We enjoyed our vacation thru redeemvacations. It was easy to book and the hotels they offer are nice. We went to ocean city and stayed at the holiday inn. The staff were very friendly and checking inn and out were a breeze.
