I bought a game account from Difmark, the account worked but the game couldn't be loaded because it already existed on another console, in the meantime i read the reviews here and i thought i was completely scammed but to be honest guys, i opened a support request in their chat option and they solved it extremely fast and everything is working.

Sold a game, locked out of the account and "not covered by warranty". I bought my game via gamehub, redirected to redeemgh. Then, I was locked out from the game many months later. They told me they couldn't recover the game and I no longer have warranty, so there is nothing they can do.

Purtroppo sono stato preso in giro, hanno preso i miei soldi e basta, senza consegnare il mio gioco, è stato venduto come disponibile, ma in realtà non lo era. Ho aspettato più di 2 giorni e non mi è stato consegnato nulla. Sul sito vendono il gioco e la consegna entro 1 ora, ma non è vero. Rispondono sempre con i soli messaggi preimpostati e non sanno dare soluzioni. Ora hanno perso completamente la mia fiducia e rivoglio immediatamente i miei soldi, senza aspettare ancora altri giorni, fino a 3, come dite! GameHub, il venditore, sono dei truffatori e anche Difmark che permette tutto questo. State lontani sono solo delle truffe, ora non vogliono ridarmi i soldi indietro. Propongono uno scambio di gioco che forse dovrebbe essere consegnato prima, ma sempre dopo giorni, oppure uno sconto per un successivo ordine che vuol dire altra truffa.

Unfortunately I was taken for a ride, they just took my money and that was it, without delivering my game, it was sold as available, but in fact it was not. I waited more than 2 days and nothing was delivered. On the website they sell the game and delivery within 1 hour, but it is not true. They always respond with only preset messages and can't give solutions. Now they have completely lost my trust and I want my money back immediately, without waiting any more days, up to 3, as you say! GameHub, the seller, are scammers and also Difmark who allows this. Stay away they are just scams, now they don't want to give me my money back. They propose a game exchange that maybe should be delivered sooner, but still days later, or a discount for a next order which means more scam.

I'm tired of your account giving me so many problems because they are stolen, what I will do is put a bad review and that's it, on difmark, trustpilot... Bye
There is always some problem, and all because they are stolen accounts...

DONT BUY FROM DIFMARK, THEY SEND U THE ORDER TO REDEEMGH, THIS IS A SCAM SITE!! BE CAUTION. ALL THE SELLERS ARE SCAMERS, If at some point they send you the account, shortly after you will have problems with it...

I think this is the 5th time I've contacted support, and I'm already tired

This is a scam, do not buy anything from these people.

I bought a game and they failed to give me an account that worked. Acted very rudely against me and banned me. I paid for a game, but they didn't provide an account with the right password and denied me a refund or getting the game.

I bought a product from them on August 21st they delivered it to me after a day and I had a problem.
I contacted their assistance they answered me immediately and after 48 hours they replaced the product and now everything is ok.

Bought a game thru Kinguin and they sent me to redeemgh for delivery. Kinguin advertised this as a game code purchase, but once I started the process Game Hub told me I had to add a new user on my console in order to play the game. This seemed sketchy, but I tried it anyway. However the user information they sent me was invalid. Contacted cs and they send they would send a replacement. 14 hrs later still no replacement so I'm requesting a refund.

Wrong item description, close to no help from costumer services and no delivery of bought items.

bought a game from profile Gamehub via Diffmark still not got a game asked for refund they rejeceting. Just seems like Scam. Strongly do not recomend.
