Having not come across Redec before I was a bit sceptical as to their offer on a product I had been following on other websites for a number of months but at least 10% cheaper.
The online positive reviews supported my decision to go ahead and place the order online, with an expected 1-2 day delivery!

The next day I received a call from a guy claiming to be trying to deliver my parcel but the postcode he’d been given was wrong, he was 150miles away with a postcode missing one of my digits. He apologised and said he’d get the office to sort the mistake. I was starting to think the offer was too good to be true. Which other companies with online retail sites allow you to order late in an evening and the item be out for delivery the next day…….

I rung the office, they again apologised, confirmed the error and advised that they had already dispatched the parcel to my correct address by courier. (It turns out, if you are in the vicinity of their office then there is a realistic chance you could have the order delivered by their in-house delivery team)
I got tracking details by email shortly after & the next working day the package arrived, in perfect pristine condition.

Redec were excellent. Their customer service was 1st rate. I would definitely recommend them and will look out to order from them again in the future.

My positive experience started when I emailed Redec about a barbecue I was interested in and they rang me right back with a response to my question.

And then, when I missed out on the original deal I was looking at, they were able to come up with a different, but equally good deal which I decided to go for.

Finally, when I had some internet issues during payment, they sorted it all out really quickly, ringing me to tell me when everything was all OK.

Nothing seems to much trouble for Redec, and I'm really pleased I decided to buy from them.

Their excellent, personal service makes them my 'go to' online store for all my BBQ kit requirements from now on, along with anything else they've got that I need!l
