Wonderful experience the bus was clean the driver was polite. Just be careful of using the WiFi. There are people on the bus solely to steal your login information. If you get a login request while in their WiFi. Disconnect before putting in the login information as the prompt might be fake.

The bus to Miami airport from
Naples Florida never arrived on 3/14, I submitted a claim to be reimbursed for the ticket and for $60 I paid to another passenger that offered to drive there previous payment of $60 I sent RedCoach the receipt of that payment and they refused to reimburse me. They disconnected my call 3 times and sent the receipt 3 times and they claimed they didn’t have it, but even if they did they refused to reimburse me.

Service 7063 from TLH TO MIA, Bus 2716. Have used this service for around 6 years. Never have had the driver have me pull out my luggage from under the bus. Was told “what are you waiting for?” Despite my luggage being way in the back of everyone elses. Rude and not appreciated after a 8 hour trip.

Unlike other buses RedCoach is actually very comfortable... The drive is very relaxing and calm.... I loved the experience.

Great experience - Veronica was a great driver, very friendly, super comfortable bus, lots of leg room, WiFi was great and the bus even arrived earlier than expected!

Voucher had expired but they were able to extend it for me which I really appreciated. Messaging and email response is slow but they pick up the phone very quickly during business hours. The ticket was pricy but we'll worth it. The bus was a "first class" bus in a 2-1 configuration with recline and power outlets.
