Absolute legend. Kyle did the RedBook pre-purchase inspection on a 2016 Range Rover Evoque for me and the whole experience was first class. He called me straight after, walked me through everything he... Zobacz więcej

Wow! This report is fantastic! I've had a few for these over the years but RedBook is by far the best yet and worth the extra expense. I'm buying this car interstate and sight unseen so this rep... Zobacz więcej

Very thorough report that gave me the peace of mind to buy my new car. Above and beyond my expectations. The technicians phone call allowed me to ask a few questions that only a skilled professional would know.

Great and thorough report!

Great and thorough report! Using a ruler to show scale of any damage really helped with understanding extent of damage/wear. Also, speaking to the inspector after the inspection really helped as I was able to ask questions about any concerns I had.

Invaluable service. Highly recommend!

The inspector gave me a call immediately after the inspection and ran over all the points he had found in detail.

Both professional and highly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. An invaluable service for an interstate buyer like myself.

Gave me confidence that not only was the vehicle worth the asking price but also that the vehicle actually existed and it was not a scam.

John from the Port Melbourne branch…

John from the Port Melbourne branch seriously needs to work on his respect and professionalism. I had a terrible experience with him, he was extremely rude and disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. I made a real effort to stay calm because I wasn’t going to let his behaviour drag me into unnecessary trouble.

Hi Adam,

Thanks for leaving a review of our inspection service.

Are you able to advise your reference number so we can look into this further?

Well worth it!

I honestly wouldn’t buy a used car without first using this service. It is a no brainer. So impressed by the level of detail in reporting and customer service. Money well spent. Thanks to both Jason and Clifford for helping us find the perfect vehicle and making an interstate purchase with confidence.

Exterior inspection did not report on…

Exterior inspection did not report on an obvious dent, as well as panal misalignment and previous paint work, which leaves me far less confident about the remainder of the inspection.

Hi Sam,

Thank you for leaving a review of our inspection service.

Are you able to advise where this dent was located on the vehicle so we can check this further?

Kind Regards,
