Absolutely delighted
The bench arrived on time and in good condition. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy....also weighs a ton! All of our staff who use it are very impressed with it, which is unusual as very little makes a mark on these folk.

I’ve been looking for recycled plastic…
I’ve been looking for recycled plastic garden furniture in the UK since seeing it in Texas in the USA back in the 80s, there it was also used as curb edging. NBB Recycled Furniture have a good selection of recycled plastic furniture, and not badly priced. However, having purchased what I thought was a seat made from recycled plastic, turns out it appears to be wood! As the instructions say keep it covered and store in a dry place over winter! UPDATE: NBB have confirmed that the seat I thought might be wood is in fact made of a synthetic polymer (Plastic in my books) the need to keep it covered and in dry storage during the winter is to prevent discolouration of the Teak effect finish. It doesn’t say that on the web site and I’ve asked that the instructions that are with the product are altered to say it’s plastic. Seat looks of a Very good quality but time will tell. The recycled plastic bench I also purchased is fabulous, very sturdy and will last me out, it’s also extremely heavy so you don’t want to move it very often.

The product is great but…….
The product is great, easy to assemble and looks good. However, not over happy that the delivery driver just left it at our back gate, refusing to help me bring it into the garden. It was pouring with rain so I, single-handedly, had to struggle to do it myself as it was blocking access.

As stated in our delivery terms, our couriers are only insured for kerbside delivery. They aren’t permitted to move items into properties or gardens. While some drivers may choose to help further, this isn’t something we can guarantee.

Ordering process was good
Ordering process was good, chap was helpful. Was told 4-6 weeks delivery which was a shame but then it arrived after 3 days which was brilliant. I just put it together today and it seems solid as you like. Hopefully will get plenty of use this summer and last a very long time.

First class service
Purchased via 3rd party and table top had a flaw. Replacement top was quickly sent out and flawed one returned in the replacement packing. Impressed. Table is excellent hopefully it lasts through the 25 year guarantee well worth the cost.

Good product and staff, but software and Couriers let you down
I like the product and the fact that it won’t need decorating or protecting from the weather and then was the added bonus so obviously we’re saving the planet. I attempted to buy the table using your website on my phone and was unsuccessful. I also tried from a PC and was also unsuccessful to go through your buying process. It seem to be glitches with your software that wouldn’t let me proceed. I have eventually took the telephone. I spoke to a very nice person in your sales office who took my order and my payment Then your chosen courier that we paid some £85 for decided that they couldn’t find our address on the Monday and the product with the return to the depot on the Tuesday they returned with the pallet only to find out that the wrong pallet has been picked up and it wasn’t our table The following week the table was delivered and we are happy with it so although we like your product and also your staff, your software system and also your choice Courier in our view certainly there is a room for improvement that’s why we’ve only given you a three star rating.
