The best jewellery ive ever brought!! i purchased from Recreation Jewels last year at their Urban Outfitters pop up and my Paloma’s blue ring has lasted so well <3 i wear it everyday and it still looks brand new even though i never take it off. Definitely recomend to anyone looking to purchase !

I recently went to the store in Edinburgh in June and brought the siennas starfish ring and Emma’s multicoloured hoops in silver and the pieces have lasted so well!!! I have worn them everyday and they haven’t rusted or tarnished so I definitely recommend purchasing as they’re such good value for money. 5 stars.

I was hesitant to order at first because I heard only heard of this brand last week on instagram but I decided to take the plunge and order a paloma’s blue ring and Diana’s winter necklace and the pieces arrived soo fast! They are so much more beautiful in person and have lasted so well so far! I can’t wait to order more from this small business in the future. Definitely worth it!!!

I recently brought a daisys cross necklace and Tamara’s charm necklace from here and they arrived sooo fast!! The pieces are more gorgeous in person and the quality has been amazing. I wear them everyday and they still look brand new. I was hesitant to order at first since I was nervous about the tariffs etc but this brand is definitely my new GO-To jewelry brand

The best jewellery shop ever! I purchased a few pieces( Sylvia ring, pins starfish and a Diana’s necklace) over the fringe and have worn them everyday and the pieces haven’t rusted or tarnished !! I’m really impressed with the quality and it looks brand new. I definitely recommend purchasing from here!!!

Poor quality and awful customer service - I bought a ring from Recreation in Edinburgh at the end of August and one of the gems fell out within a few days (and another about two weeks later). I messaged the Instagram account, and they replied saying they would send me a replacement. Over a month went by and nothing! I sent a follow up message, which was read and ignored without a response.

Bought a ring after recreation jewels were selling in a pop up at an Urban Outfitters store, within 1 day the "gems" were falling out and almost a week later all of them had fallen out. They did offer a refund but it's been a week and they have not sent a refund.

I ordered after seeing Brianna chickenhfry's video and it was so worth it! The pieces are way more beautiful in person and the customer service was so fast and efficient ! They answered all my questions really fast and the delivery was only a few days :) Ive been wearing my pieces everyday for the past 3 weeks and they haven't rusted or tarnished . I can't wait to order more from this small business in the future . I love to support a female owner business.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a necklace about 2 weeks ago and I have never received it. I emailed their customer service multiple times (no phone number available) and had no response. Even resorted to messaging their Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, again nothing. Finally commented on one of their TikTok to prompt a response and they deleted the comment. They were quick to take the £50 from me though!! Still haven't heard anything from them and never received my necklace. There's been no update to say orders been dispatched or anything. Ended up opening a dispute with my bank and they have thankfully credited me the £50 while they investigate recreation jewels. Please think before ordering online as there is no way to get in touch with customer service, but they post on TikTok 10 times a day!! Marketing is only half the battle, you actually need to give people the items they pay for...

I’ve noticed several identical jewellery pieces being sold by another brand on instagram at a much lower price… I was shocked to see that the Ophelia ring I bought for £50 and the exact same ring listed with the other brand for £18!!!!

Recreation Jewels markets their pieces as being designed by them, which makes the price markup and overlap with other brands very concerning. It gives the impression of exclusivity that doesn’t seem to match reality.

Some honesty and clarity is needed. I feel scammed by them.

Purchased the Diana’s necklace 2 months ago and I can’t even keep count of the number of compliments I’ve received from my friends and people who’ve walked past. I also wear it as a belt chain too . Can’t wait to purchase more in the future. Definitely worth the money.

Purchased a ring and necklace approx £60 for 2 items at the pop up store held in urban outfitters. One of the Ring stones fell out after wearing it after a couple of days and so emailed on the website. I haven’t had an email back to offer me an exchange or refund so very disappointed hence my review. Purchased some of their exact items they sell on their website on shien so felt actually I had been had. If you Google picture search many of the items you can get the items for a few pound on shien and temu. Fair play to the business for selling it under a different brand. I definitely got had.

Came in when I was passing by on a walk one day and discovered the best jewellery shop in Edinburgh!! Every staff member was so lovely and helpful, I was able to exchange a ring for a different size with no bother at all. Can’t believe most pieces were under £30 as well. I also had a mango sticky rice matcha late and can confirm as a matcha connoisseur that it is of top quality and one of the best I’ve had!! Definitely worth a look.

I bought the Viola Heart Pendant during their pop up at St Andrews and I’m so impressed. It’s so cute and it still looks amazing after weeks of everyday wear. The staff are also so sweet and helpful and made it so easy to find the perfect piece for me.
