Our service provides specialist Therapy and Neuro-Developmental assessments for young people, adults and families, alongside 24-hour supported living for adults. We support individuals with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and complex emotional or psychological needs. Our services include Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments, psychological assessments, individual therapy, Therapeutic Life Story Work and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), as well as respite support for families and carers. Our focus is on delivering professional, person-centred support that helps individuals and families access the right care, improve well-being and build greater independence.

I reached out to Andrea at a time of confusion and mental dysregulation. I felt stuck and I was having a lot of self-doubt and high anxiety; apart from feeling down about life and myself, that was impacting negatively my relationship with my son and my partner. We had 8 sessions together, which helped me re-establish a clear communication path with my loved ones, reduce anxiety and restore emotional balance.
