I had an abysmal experience and have blacklisted them.
The staff were poorly trained and showed very poor technical and even worse people skills.

Wonderful platform
I've had an extremely positive experience with Recollective. The platform is user-friendly and the support and technical team are wonderful. Would highly recommend this platform for your research.

Poor Navigation System & Problematic Platform
The navigation system needed to be better developed. The product manager (if they even have one) could have done a better job of making this platform user-friendly. This is the main reason I have migrated to other platforms. They, unfortunately, have no real-time support. It is very problematic as I have had multiple occasions where emails and notifications weren't being delivered, and I had to send some emails manually! I can't tell you how many times a panelist has told me they never got my email or reminder, and it is very frustrating!

Cheap research software that you should avoid
Its basically forum software that was hacked into being used for other use cases. The video chat is pathetic, people always have issues. Better solutions available if you look around.

No smart phone software - they lied
Sales said they said it had a smartphone app, but the software is ONLY smartphone responsive, which is entirely different! Sales lied to me to make a sale.

Constant spam emails from Recollective
Received x3 emails from Will on the team in the space of 1 week!
They took our email and continually spammed it with titles like "RE: Trying to connect!"...They've no idea of GDPR or spam rules!
