I would give a negative review if possible. I placed an order. Said Trust Pilot so thought it was safe. NOT!! Said from US... NOT. Took over a month to get a response. They finally gave me a tracking number after a month. Then said it was delivered. That tracking number showed it delivered to a different name and address. I tried to get a refund. No. I tried to get refund thru paypal. was told it was delivered so no refund but I went to post office and got proof that tracking number was delivered somewhere else.. Still no refund. SCAM. Don't order from them. I paid but got nothing!!

Absolute fake product does not do or look like anything on their advertising website Do not order from them . They do not reply to their emails clearly a company to set out to rip customers off

Month ago I ordered a light, like I said a month, then it finally got here, I pull it out of my tiny mailbox, it was a tiny little light that I could probably find at a dollar store, people these folks are rip offs, it was supposed to have holographic light not there and good luck getting your money back they'll find every excuse to not pay you or try to pay partial because you took it out of the plastic

SCAM...total & utter trash which you buy for about £3 each from Temu. I only wanted 2 lights apparently dolphins & sea shapes...what a load of tosh. I was taken to another page on their site & apparently I order 4 more with a total cost of nearly £60. I never wanted these other 4 & when I tired to leave the second page, payment was already taken for the extra 4. I went on their site through PayPal & made a request for refund. No reply, no notification Today, 2 weeks later, 6 lights arrived & one completely broken, arriving in a damaged open plastic packet. Yes, I've complained again today. All 5 working lights are pathetic star lights suitable for a 2 year old!!! Completely feel ripped off & will now be reporting this to Trading Standards.

The item received is not the same as it was shown on the ads on Facebook.

Total scam! Ordered & paid for a REBYIPO ceiling night projector 3 pack. Never received confirmation or invoice. Received the package after 2 weeks, no readable instructions and when was plugged in gave a single static form. Not as advertised. The Company does not answer any communications. My antivirus program tagged the website as malicious & would not open it.

Fell for the scam. Ordered and paid for a
Ceiling projector with various modes but after waiting for over two weeks, received a cheap and unpleasant LED mini star light instead with a rapid revolving disco ball light which is nauseous to look at. Various company names involved. Advertised as being a UK manufactured product, sold from the UK. This was untrue as the cheap product was manufactured and sent from China.

After ordering from this company the weight loss patches, paying for super fast shipping for a total of almost $40, I find out that it was a scam indeed, I get no package no product, and I'm out $40, can't get a response from customer service, I sent emails and if I don't get a response then hopefully PayPal will take care of it. Do not use this company it is definitely 100% scam.. they even said that it was 100% approved by trust pilot, that's the only reason I ordered from them, so don't even trust that. Just do not use this company!

What was sent was a cheap led usb light that projects an image in your ceiling of around 30cm from a distance of 2m. It is rated as a scam site and I was offered 30 and 50% refund which I refused. Then I was offered a return for a full refund where I would have to pay the postage which was the same value as the refund would be IF they received the items. Being a trusting soul I believed that because all the evidence and blogs pointed to a scam that PayPal would retrieve my payment but they ducked out and said they could not and if I wanted a refund would need to return the items
Makes me wonder. Does PayPal have some business interests in scam sites? Just a thought!
SUPERINGIA, REBRIGHT LIMITED AND COMAUO are all the same company so don’t get sucked in

Product never received. That's what happens when a Facebook ad sucks you in. Do NOT Buy from this company. If I could give a negative -5 star review I would.

Advertisement said, free shipping.
On checkout there was a charge for shipping added.

Product was not what was advertised, very misleading in the sale, also came from China but was sent from someone else's address for me to receive with a name on it from New York not the company.....a complet scammmm

Misleading product and no response to refund request

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Rebright Limited.

The product I received did not match what was advertised in terms of quality and presentation. Based on the website, I expected a significantly different standard.

After receiving the item, I contacted the company to request a return and refund, especially since the purchase was promoted as a “risk-free trial.” Despite multiple attempts to reach customer service, I have not received any response.

At this point, payment has been taken, but there has been no support or follow-up from the company regarding my concerns or refund request.

I strongly encourage others to carefully review the company’s return policy and customer service responsiveness before making a purchase. My experience raises serious concerns about transparency and post-sale support.

FAKE GOODS SENT - money taken and no communication when contacted to return goods and asked for refund. ...for the imaginary risk free trial.

Bought an item for $86. Was billed twice, once for $71 and one for $41. Overcharged. Woukd not respond to my inquiry

Product is shipped from China but they don't tell us that when we order, so it takes a very long time to arrive.
