The ordering was easy but no delivery date confirmed after initial dispatch email received. Disappointed that the product did not arrive in time despite phoning to chase and stating it was important to arrive on a certain date. Hopefully it will go up easy!

Fantastic trampoline, was concerned due to the price compared to a standard trampoline. This however was far from standard.
Great purchase, we are really happy we brought it. Easy to assemble and very well made! Superb bounce, kids are extremely happy.

Easy website to use with lots of information. Ordered trampoline for our 2 boisterous grandsons. Kept informed of delivery and even gave a timeslot. Took us a few hours to put together but it was a hot day. Building instructions easy follow in booklet. Last part of putting the cabling round the middle to pull the trampoline out was not quite so easy but we managed it.

Ordered A sand and water table in plenty of time for Easter and chose this company because it said they were in stock. Chased it after Easter as I hadn’t received it. Was told they had emailed two days after my order this must have gone to my junk email. They didn’t have it in stock but it would be with me around the end of the month. They had already taken the funds from my credit card. Disappointing as I could have ordered from somewhere else in time for the Easter weekend and my grandchildren’s visit.

Amazing trampoline, Looks good, great Service only down fall is the green padding that covers the springs around the trampoline edge keeps coming loose!

My kids love their 10ft Rebo trampoline which they’ve had for 3 years now. Unfortunately the wind decided to throw it into my house and we ended up with a tear in the mat. Was so happy to find I could buy a replacement on the Rebo site and also managed to pick up a ladder, which I don’t think was available back when we purchased the trampoline. Kids are happy now they can get back to bouncing!

my trampoline was ordered over 7 days ago and still hasn't arrived i have chased by email and no reply has been made and ive rang the company on the number on line given tried both sales and orders option and have so far spent over 45 minutes and not had a answer just kept on hold

Great trampoline. Put up as a family project over Easter. Is of good quality and fits together well. Got 12ft one. Everything there, and fairly easy to put together.

Faultless experience from buying to building and then bouncing!

We bought the 12 foot round one - This trampoline is incredible - easy to construct (did it on my own in a couple of stress free hours), very sturdy, and looks as good as it does in all the photos. Others have horrid looking saggy nets around them, the Rebo has a very smart looking and well engineered enclosure that really looks great. The colour is lovely too, fits in well with the garden. The kids love it too, the door is a great design, and you can get ground anchors (which we did) to hold it down - the thing doesn’t move an inch now! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely brilliant......having worked in engineering these trampolines are just brilliant.......where do i start the quality of the powder coating, the actual design is very well thought out as when you start fitting the springs it pulls all the frame work tight, the fact that the upright poles are curved outwards allowing for if you fall onto the safety netting. Nearly everything is on spring loaded pole connectors. The upper fittings which hold the safety netting broke on our jumpking.....the rebo is a far better design as the poles are flat and fit into each other and then held with fastening screws. Also its manufactured in Wales so easy to get spares for from what they say on the net....👍
