Thank you for your review. We’re sorry you felt disappointed with your coat and the overall experience.

After checking our email exchange, your return request was due to the coat running a little small and the material feeling softer/lighter than expected for the weather. We completely understand that fit and warmth are important, and we’re sorry it didn’t suit what you needed.

We’d also like to clarify the product style shown in the photos: this coat is designed as a lighter, in-between seasons layer (ideal for spring/autumn and milder days), rather than a heavy winter coat.

Regarding returns, we do offer return support, but in some cases returns are processed via our overseas centre, which can feel more complicated than some large marketplaces. We’re sorry this caused frustration.

If you’d like us to help you complete the return, please reply to our support email with your order number and we’ll send clear step-by-step instructions and the most cost-effective tracked option.

Regarding returns: as an online retailer, some items may need to be returned to our overseas facility, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We aim to be transparent about this in our returns policy.

Hi Claire, Thank you for your feedback. — for accuracy: we haven’t received your return at our authorised returns address. The proof provided shows a different address and an untracked service; tracking does not show delivery to us. Per our policy, refunds are issued once a return arrives at our authorised address. A dispute was opened before any return was received; we asked for it to be closed so we could proceed normally. We offer 7-day support. Please re-send to the correct address with tracking, and we’ll refund on receipt.

Hello Georgi,

Thank you for your feedback. However, your review contains several inaccuracies and misleading statements that are not factual and need to be corrected.

You initially requested a replacement, which we promptly prepared. You then changed your mind and requested a refund, and each time, we responded quickly and accommodated your requests.

You only informed us of your return on 22nd June—yesterday—and provided tracking details that were missing from your email. As of today, we have not received the returned item.

Can you confirm when can I expect the t-shirt with the correct size?

Per our clearly stated return policy—available at checkout and on our website—the refund or replacement process cannot begin until the returned item is received and inspected. Furthermore, return shipping costs are explicitly the customer’s responsibility.

If you only emailed us yesterday about returning the item, it would be impossible to have already processed a replacement, as you imply in your review.

Throughout this process, we have provided clear instructions and maintained consistent communication. We remain ready to resolve this matter promptly once the return is received.

This situation is far from the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. The cancellation was never our goal, and we deeply regret that it came to that. Your feedback is being taken very seriously, and we’re actively reviewing this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Regarding the refund, while most are processed much faster, we provide a 10-day timeframe to account for bank processing variations.
