Hello,

Thank you for sharing these details. We completely understand how concerning it is to see account activity you don't recognize.

For security and privacy reasons, we cannot discuss specific account details on a public forum. However, please rest assured that ReBet takes account security very seriously. Whenever unusual account activity or security concerns are flagged, our system automatically locks the account to prevent any unauthorized access and protect the user's funds.

Since you’ve already emailed support with your transaction details, our security team is actively investigating the account history and login logs. They will follow up with you directly via email to update you on the review and help resolve this as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience while our team works through the process.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re very sorry for the frustration regarding your gameplay and payouts.

When an entry or game round settles as a win, your account balance should reflect those winnings immediately. To help our support team investigate and resolve game or round issues as quickly as possible, we do ask users to provide a screenshot of the impacted rounds, along with details from your game history and transaction logs. This allows us to locate the exact play in our system and verify what occurred.

We know how frustrating it is when technical glitches happen during play. Due to high ticket volume, our support responses are taking a bit longer than usual right now, but we answer every message in the order received.

Please send a follow-up to support@rebet.app or through in-app support with your username and your transaction/game history details so our team can review this and get it sorted out for you!

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re very sorry to hear about the frustration with your recent entry.

Please rest assured that ReBet is a secure, fully compliant platform and we do not keep or take user funds erroneously. When a system or game error occurs, our support team reviews the account activity and when necessary escalate inquiries to our providers to ensure any missing ReBet Coins or Cash are properly credited back.

With the current busy sports season, our support inbox is experiencing much higher volume than usual, which has caused longer wait times than we’d like. We answer every inquiry in the order received, and your patience while our team works through the queue is truly appreciated.

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating an unexpected account suspension is, especially as a longtime player.
Please be assured that accounts are never disabled for winning. However, accounts are automatically placed on hold when activity flagged under our Terms of Use occurs—such as payment disputes, verification requirements, or other policy violations.

When this occurs, our team sends detailed instructions via email explaining the necessary steps and documentation needed so we can review your account for reinstatement. Please check your inbox (including your spam folder) or reply directly to our latest email at support@rebet.app with your information so our team can assist you directly.

Hey,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying the app overall, but we are truly sorry for the hiccup with your referral bonus. To ensure our system automatically issues the bonus, the referral code must be present and entered correctly during your friend's sign-up process. If that step was missed or didn't trigger automatically, our team is more than happy to help you manually!

Please reach out to our customer support team directly with a screenshot showing you sharing your referral code with your friend, along with both of your account usernames. Once we have that info, we’ll gladly review the details and make sure everything is properly accounted for. Thanks for spreading the word about our app!

Hey,

What a legendary win! Huge congrats! 🏆 We completely understand why people can be skeptical about online gaming platforms nowadays, which is why we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Stories like yours mean the world to us because we work hard every single day to build a platform that is 100% fair, transparent, and trustworthy.

With so much noise and skepticism in the industry, delivering fast verifications and fast prize redemptions is our highest priority to prove that we're a platform built on trust and reliability. Winning should be fun, and getting paid should be easy—plain and simple. Thanks for being part of the ReBet family, and enjoy those winnings!
