I have been ordering from this company for over 3 years. Wigs, make up clothing, bags, jewelry, etc. I have always been extremely satisfied with my products. The quality is top notch. Not only that, but the customer service is outta this world. That is so hard to find these days. I love supporting Amanda and her busness, Rebel Gypsy.
She and the on-line community she created helped me through so much. I'll always be grateful for her and support her business ❤️

If your cap size is on the smaller side, these won’t work for you.. for reference I’m 21 circumference, so not super petite. Even with trying different cap styles, and the adjustments as tight as they go(even crossed over), and wig grips they are still too large, and the 1 that is “secure” with glue, bunches in crazy ways.

Thankfully, I realized after the third purchase that these units won’t work for me. The one long unit, tangles so so bad within the first 10 mins of wear. So, I decided to order a shorter one to hopefully help with that.. unfortunately that didn’t help, but that unit was even worse with the tangles. I brush it out before putting it on, and just from the movement of putting on my head, it becomes so tangled that I can’t run my fingers even halfway down. So, let’s try an above the shoulder length… I get a little longer wear time than the others, but not long enough.

I did reach out to customer service, but the response I received was not helpful at all. The information I now know, was found on YouTube, not from the help of customer service.

I love Rebel Gypsy! I have 14 wigs now that I've purchased over the past 2 months and they are THE BEST!! Amanda and her team go above and beyond with their customer service.. Ever since seeing the first Rebel Gypsy add on facebook my life has literally changed.. I am so thankful to have found this company, the community Amanda has created is so uplifting and inspiring.. I am a fan and now wig addict for life!!

The customer service is amazing! Amanda takes her own personal time to help recommend the most flattering wigs for buyers. She interacts with her customers across all social media platforms and should any problem or issue arise, she works tirelessly to resolve things to the customers satisfaction. I have done 10 transactions with RG and plan to do more. RG is truly like a family.

Rebel Gypsy is the best wig store I have ever used. There wigs are quality, soft and smooth and easy to care for. There are so many to choose from from short bobs to long waves and layers and fantasy colors It is absolutely fabulous! The Rebel Gypsy team especially Amanda is absolutely amazing. I get my wigs on time, and if you ever have any problems they are right there to help you. Their "lives" with Amanda, Mama B and Khrista are so much fun. Plus they have quality cosmetics, clothing which is very good quality, accessories that are fabulous. Shop Rebel Gypsy you'll love it!

I haven’t had any problems with Amanda or her company I love her products I get so many compliments. If you are on the fence buy the wig you won’t regret it.

I've been wearing wigs for a few years now and always thought I was missing something, like something wasn't right. I found Rebel Gypsy and realized I was right, the wigs before were so cheap and poorly made. Rebel Gypsy has the BEST quality wigs I've ever seen or had! Customer service has always been amazing, going above and beyond! Amanda, the owner, is the sweetest woman you'll ever meet and truly cares for her customers, that and the quality of the wigs is why I'll never buy a wig from anywhere else! Amanda is an incredible person! Not only does she help you save money BUT she has the MOST GORGEOUS wigs, clothes, makeup, just EVERYTHING! If you haven't shopped RG yet you're missing out!

If I could give a million stars I would!!! Where do I begin? Well the wigs are absolutely gorgeous, soft, everyone has thought all my wigs are 100% real! Amanda and her small crew are a small business and family owned! Her business propelled her to a better life and she lives to empower people with confidence, positivity, and love!!!
As far as why her reviews are low I absolutely cannot imagine why!? I was shocked and honestly a bit ticked off seeing that! She works so hard! She grew pretty big really fast and people have to understand that growing pains are real! Supply chain issues are real at times and when you are a small family owned business not in a big city, good help is hard to find in quantity. Because the quantity isn't there! Amanda, her hubby, shoot even her kids help! Amanda has stayed up 24/7 to get supplies logged in warehouse and orders ready for shipping! She treats her "customers" like family! Because we are like family!
There is a private group of ladies and even gents that are my family now from all over!! I adore these people! It is a family of love, information, encouragement, and support! It's not just wigs, make-up, and clothes! It's community! I love it and will forever be loyal!
I first ordered in February 2023 amd I am a lifer! If you have questions reach out to customer service. Response time is 24-48 hours. Many many times I have heard back well before. If you still have questions, reach out to Amanda and this woman will get back to you! I swear she is a super woman!!
Would I like to have got a few wigs a little sooner, sure, BUT are they worth the wait 100%!
Any issue I may have had (only 2 I can even remember) and it was made right with extra benefits. This was given and not requested by me! Amanda and her crew and family are top notch! Live shows are hysterical! Not always PG so just ask in comments if kiddos are around or listen with ear pods, BUT I can say it's not anything you wouldn't hear in any movie or shoot even some commercials now. 😂

I have referred many people and we all adore her! Could you find cheaper...well I'm not sure how! I use the live shows (cash back immediately in credit for next order, plus being able to stack the discount code on top.... yes and thank you!! I have won prizes on the live shows, app credit, and used it to buy monofilament $400 wig for $7.04! And I got free shipping!) you get what you pay for too! Quality is everything! Customer service is everything! Customer support and community, and relationship are EVERYTHING!
So even if same dang products are out there I am never leaving my girl! Amanda, you are just the best! Mama B is so fun and I adore her too and Krista is incredible (live shows)
I have wore my wigs to work, church, concerts, and even on vacation in Mexico!!! Not a single negative response! Everyone has loved them!

If I could leave 0 stars , I would. I ordered a special order wig the second week of February of 2023. When I ordered the wig I knew it would take 5-6 weeks to arrive , and was okay with that ; however it is now June 13th and I still haven’t received my wig. Luckily I was able to find the exact same wig on another companies website.

I’ve never had an issue with any of my wigs are shipping Wigs are some of the best quality I’ve had found nice and soft. I love my experience that I’ve had with Rebel Gypsy.

I adore this company, the owner, and what the company stands for! I have bought over 50 wigs from Rebel Gypsy and have had a great experience - quality products and quick shipping. The one time I had an issue (and it was my fault for typing something incorrectly), the support team was quick to respond and immediately took care of it for me. Where do I begin. What do you say about a company and a woman and her team of ppl who literally made you feel like you wanted to leave your house and live again. I cannot even think of one bad thing to say about the wigs and cosmetics I have purchased (and won) from RG. I went through some medical issues which caused me to lose a lot of my hair.
