Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely value your input and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
Upon reviewing your concerns, it's essential to note that while we processed your solar system materials order efficiently, we recognize that relocating such items can sometimes lead to components becoming misplaced. Given that you undertook the transportation of the materials from Malaga to Caceres, it's plausible that the loss of pieces occurred during this relocation process.
In response to your situation, we promptly mailed replacement parts at no additional cost to you. We also offered our assistance in assembly and technical support to ensure the proper installation of your solar system. It's important to note that our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire process.
Regarding your dissatisfaction, we regret any misunderstanding or frustration you may be experiencing. We strive to address customer concerns promptly and professionally. However, it is imperative to maintain a respectful and cooperative dialogue to resolve any issues effectively.
We must emphasize that our company does not condone or tolerate abusive behavior towards our staff members. Regrettably, it appears that communication with you has become increasingly difficult due to verbal insults and threats directed towards our team. Such behavior is unacceptable and prevents us from assisting you effectively.
Additionally, we have noted your comments on Trustpilot regarding your interactions with other businesses, where low ratings seem to be used as a form of leverage. We assure you that our primary goal is to provide exceptional service and support to all our customers, regardless of their feedback rating.
In light of these circumstances, we kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding as we work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.
Thank you once again for bringing your concerns to our attention. We remain committed to providing you with the highest level of service and support.
Sincerely,
