Matt and his team are fantastic. They’re all extremely approachable and encouraging. They’re teaching me how to create new habits that will benefit me yet though don’t feel as though I’m making drastic changes to my life.
Just when you think you’re not getting anywhere, the team will give you the motivation to not totally give up but to put it behind you and carry on!
Couldn’t recommend them enough if you want to make little changes that will make a huge difference!

Matt will change your life
Matt is absolutely incredible, he has changed my life in all the best ways. I had tried so many different diets and exercise programs and nothing worked long term or gave me any kind of significant results. I found Matt on Instagram and thought I’ll see what his program is all about. Best decision of my life.
Not only have I lost a significant amount of weight and kept it off, but my outlook on diet and exercise has completely changed. Matt’s program helped me repair my relationship with food and showed me how to eat the things I love in a sustainable, healthy way and still get results. His exercise programs are catered to your skill and fitness level, and they get the job done. I never thought I would be in the weight section of the gym but I go in with confidence and a new outlook on fitness.
Matt and his team are so knowledgeable and make themselves available to you whenever you need, even if it’s the smallest question. The check-ins make sure you stay on track and he always knows when you need a little extra attention to stay motivated and reach your goals.
I could not recommend Matt enough. If you’ve struggled to reach your goals and you’re on the fence, just say yes. You will not regret it!
