Was given very friendly and helpful advice over the phone, despite the adviser only being able to offer impartial information regarding the options for starting the claiming of my pension.

My husband is trying to get a Standalone lump sum from his pension. The process started on 19th May, and to date we are no further along, even though we had been told it would go in by today. We waited another ten days and now apparently we need to fill in another form, which has not even been sent. It is absolutely disgraceful and feel like they are stalling to pay us. I have already said if this is not sorted out by the end of this week commencing 22nd June, I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman. I put the date of experience as May, as this was the first time of dealing with them. When you ring you go through a customer service department, but cannot actually get to speak to those who are supposed to be dealing with it. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

I spoke to Rollo who was very nice indeed not to mention very helpful in many ways. A great experience.

Sharia was very friendly and she told me all is well with my life assurance.

I phoned because my wife and I were getting no response to my submission for a cash withdrawal from my pension.

Ellenor confirmed that you ( Reassure ) had received the submisssion which I sent by post.

Note - your original letter sending me the form to fill in, did not state an address of where to send the submission - Not helpful .

Generally Reassure comes across as difficult to contact and unhelpful unproactive in keeping a customer aware of progress on a matter. Please rethink how you relate to customers , to our benefit and to yours. Be more visible , accessible, less ivory tower.

Your employee (sorry can't remember her name) answered my query politely and very satisfactorily so I could then relax knowing there wasn't an issue with my email.

Spoke with Yolanda Baker who was absolutely brilliant. Can't put into words how difficult finding a life insurance policy has been, felt like Yolanda really understood what I needed and helped me to get a policy in place, taking all the stress out of it!

I had a very good experience trying to solve my problem. Rollo was extremely helpful and patient as I am not very experienced in dealing with such matters on line. He took me through step by step and eventually the deed was done. I owe him a big thank you.

Unbelievably bad service!! I have been trying to withdraw my pension from this company for over 3 months. I call them every week and get nothing but a run around. They do not contact me and tell me one thing to revers it weeks later. I am now going to seek legal advice as I think they are criminally withholding my money. Beware!!!!!
I now find on Trustpilot that ReAssure have said they have contacted me! This is not true!!!
I called again today 23rd June 26 to be put on hold AGAIN !!! For 20 minutes + To then get the response that they couldn’t get in touch with anyone that knew anything, but they would get back to me before 5.30pm. No Surprise. No Contact Back. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL AND I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WITH FUNDS THERE TO SUE. I CERTAINLY WILL BE OING SO!
I can only imagine that any positive reviews here are made by AI or paid service. SHAME ON YOU DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Have been awaiting forms for over three weeks, no response to chase emails. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and then get cut off. Of course nobody calls back. Incompetent staff that couldn't care less.

I wanted to discuss my policy and options. The agent I spoke with was excellent, however, after around 10 minutes the phone line quality deteriorated and she had to call me back.
