Return issues

For the past two weeks, I've been attempting to initiate a return process, but unfortunately I haven't received any response to my emails. In addition to sending emails to refund@re****lo.com, I've reached out via Instagram, where I was assured of an email response that never came.

I've sent several emails and direct messages, but without success.

Produit jamais reçu

J’ai passé commande d’un sweat
il y a un peu plus de deux semaines maintenant et je n’ai aucune nouvelle de mon colis qui était censé être livré en 5-7 jours.

La marque ne répond jamais aux emails, cela fait deux fois que je leur écris et aucune nouvelle …

Meme en les contactant sur leur page Instagram ils disent vérifier mon colis, mais aucun retour de leur part. Très décevant de leur part je ne recommanderais plus chez vous.

En attendant je n’ai toujours aucune nouvelle de leur part.

Horrible

Ordered clothes twice. The first time it took a very long time before it arrived. Second time I ordered last 28-2 and it still hasn't arrived. You pay a lot of money for shipping costs, but they don't deliver as promised in 5-7 days. I have already sent 2 emails regarding my last order and I have simply not received an answer.

I ordered clothes from Dynamo two weeks…

I ordered clothes from Dynamo two weeks ago, I still haven't received the things or didn't get a shipment tracking or excuse why the order hasn't been sent yet.

I also wrote several emails and asked what is the current status, I still haven't received an answer so far.

Kein Support

Ich hab ne Hose Bestellt, welche leider etwas gebraucht hat um anzukommen, deshalb hab ich probiert den Support zu Kontaktieren. Die Hose ist zwar 4 Tage später angekommen, allerdings ohne Rückmeldung des Supports

Did not receive my order

I have ordered something around 2 weeks ago, I have not received any tracking information and the company does not respond to the email I've sent them about this situation.
