I can't find the affiliation of this store with Klarna, on Klarna app search. Can you fix it?

This is a great store with the best costumer service ever! I had some problems with damaged articles, and they have solved this wonderfully, they were really helping me seriously about finding the right solution for the situation. Everything is okay, and the articles were replaced nicely. They respond very quickly, even if you are a customer who lives aboard. They got plenty of articles to chose from, and they have plenty of categories of all sorts of realdolls, + cool ways to upgrade your dolls. I recommend shopping here!

The customer service is just beyond all expectations. Abby is always attending any doubt or issue with the highest diligence possible.
Furthermore they provide you with any multimedia materials you'd need to understand how to operate with the doll or if you have any inquiry regarding several brands and their differences among them, for example with heads and their open mouth system or with the skeleton types which each brand may use.

Just an exquisite customer service which I would recommend to everyone.

Well, things started bumpy, but RSD staff were always responsive, although I'm in USA so yes time zone difference, but they always got back to me in 24 hours on average. Had issues with the package, not their fault, and after they filed their claim with FedEx which also took time, the resent the item at no cost to me. Next time they expedited it and used UPS. Overall it took my almost 3 months to get the package, but none of that was fault of RSD, and they communicated well every step of the way. At first I was afraid I was getting scammed, but I did ultimately receive the item and it was everything I had hoped from the pictures and I have been quite happy overall. I was getting to the point where I was sure it was fraud and I started saying if you can't get me tracking, I'm going to my Credit Card to report it. They were already in process and provided me the tracking number within 24 hours of that message. They are quite busy, so they don't contact you proactively, but they have no problem responding, so if you are having questions or issues just reach out. So yes this company is absolutely legit and their staff turned out to be great to work with. Would definitely buy from them in the future. Just need a little patience, but good things like this indeed turned out to be worth the wait. So I must reward 5 stars for stellar service and making sure anything wrong was made right. You have made me a loyal customer! Cheers!
