I'm trying to lose some weight so it's important to me that I enjoy the food I eat. I tried Real Foods for buying items that are not readily available in supermarkets and I've been impressed with the excellent quality and service.

Very quick delivery , from one end of the country to the other. :) Good quality foodstuff, all natural, or organic . Have ordered many times from this company, never any problems .

I have been shopping online with Real Foods for many years, they have never disappointed either in product or delivery, very reasonable and outstanding service.

Not one friendly staff member , ask a question and get looked up and down like a criminal . Bad attitudes and Lazy . Food standards bad too , bought Clove Garlic that looked beautiful and fresh , got home to discover it was damp and mushy inside , free range eggs are horrible , shells were damp like wet cardboard , prices are of the chart expensive . Not just on one occasion .

Really happy with the excellent service from Real Foods. Fantastic quality of veg, fruit and all other produce received and the quick, hassle free delivery service.
The free delivery over £50 and the speed of delivery means I can use Real Foods for most of my weekly shop and am so grateful that it's possible to get such lovely fresh veg and fruit from Real Foods when I live so far away.
The flavour, freshness and quality of the veg and fruit is so much better than that which I bought elsewhere until now. So much so that it's added greatly to my pleasure in cooking and eating.

I placed an order on the 3rd of April and received an email the next day to say your order has been processed, but we are awaiting the items. How can the order be processed when the items are out of stock?

Firstly, you shouldn't have let the order be placed if the item was out of stock; secondly, you should not be taking money for items that are out of stock; this is bang out of order. The email said they hold orders for seven days to await stock – you expect me to wait seven days? I don't think so!

I replied back immediately after receiving their email asking for the order to be cancelled and my card refunded. I have since ordered the organic cashew nuts elsewhere.

Two emails have been sent, and I am still awaiting a reply.

Having previously shopped with Real Foods, after this I most certainly will not shop with them again. It is off-putting placing an order for items that could possibly be out of stock. Buyer beware!

Given notifications about delivery. Replaced damaged item fairly quickly. Reasonable prices for items purchased.

We've made several orders for home and work and haven't had an issue. Everything as described and the order is packaged very well, which is refreshing to see these days. I see lots of people complaining about prices, and I have seen some prices go up considerably however when I've checked elsewhere they have done the same. For speciality items this is just the way it is. The candied almonds are spot on btw :) and around 50% cheaper than M&S.

A great range of products and efficient service.

First time using this company. I made an order 6th march via website showing items in stock. On 13th March I was emailed and refunded saying item was not in stock. I would have expected to have been told a lot sooner if the season was over and stock not available so I could have gone somewhere else and not waiting for it.

I was able to buy what I wanted from Real Foods that hadn't been available elsewhere. Good service and will buy from them again.

Disappointed with use by date, ordered a case of alpro growing up milk for my granddaughter during her visits here and all 8 cartons had a 3 week date which we will never use. The ones I bought in supermarkets have a use by date of Sept to Oct 2025 (around 6mths)

They don't have stock and no reply to mail

Great ethical minded selection, quick delivery, so reliable. Please don't be tempted to start selling more products grown in China. It is becoming more and more difficult to find reliably ethically produced health food. You are currently the only store able to deliver nationwide bulk order French grown soya milk, so thank you so much for staying the line in this challenging trade climate.
