Excellent range of goods quick delivery well packaged

Good produce, delivered on time and fair prices for the quality of the food. Only criticism is packaging is weak; one bag of flour burst at the bottom of the box. The box was very heavy and the deliverer had problems getting it over the doorstep. We had to push it over the laminate floor into the kitchen to unwrap as my husband and I could not carry it. Could the goods be packed in two smaller boxes?

I purchase 2 x 1 kg of Le Paludier brand , these guys send me Le Natursel brand and tried to convince me both are same. In fact the answer I got was ridiculous " "I have received confirmation from our buying department that these are the same products.
I believe that Le Natursel is a distributor of the Le Paludier brand.
Where they are the same product, they are in different packaging’s because we purchase from wholesale, rather than directly from Le Paludier."

Its like saying M&S and Tesco tea are the same because both buy from the same tea estate. Just horrible company with zero customer services . Did not even admit their mistake . I do not recommend buying from these retailer.

Good quality produce particularly the Brazil nuts. However the bags had split in transit, or may not have been sealed properly, and the prunes and brazils had got mixed up with everything else.

Hate to write this, as have been a long-time customer of Real Foods’ first wee shop in Morrison Street, but the packet of bay leaves recently sent to us was not at all up to standard. They had very little aroma, and many were brown as this looked like very old stock. The contrast between this packet and the previous one I bought online from someone else is like chalk and cheese. I don’t think the very slow delivery was your fault, but the lack of quality in a basic simple herb makes me cautious about trusting you again with serious items, and I would be glad of your reassurance on this point.

Was happy to pay a little more because we like the laundry liquid scent. Unfortunately we were sent the wrong scent to what we ordered and could have paid less for this scent elsewhere.

Great quality food, promptly dispatched with the free delivery for quantity and no surcharges.

Packaging not appropriate for a heavy object however, and fell apart somewhere in transit but with goods inside intact.

I have ordered from Real Foods a number of times without any problems.

Good varied product range

Real Food is excellent! Ive been ordering for years and a few things went wrong, but it was not their fault. That was ordering apple compot in glass jars -they broke. ...... not their fault. But that isnt the point, the point in this review , is to express the outstanding excellent quality and uniquiness like artichokes and wild garlic, of their fresh vegatables, salads they add flowers to their hand selected salads , it is truly the best fresh produce and all organic, available in the UK I reckon. I cant get organic apricots or onions at tesco but I can at Real Food! I live in NW Wales and they deliver here by DPD free- Thank you real food team, you are Stars!
