Space Real Estate  Recenzje

I can highly recommend Space Marbella. Their ongoing assistance with our property purchase has been excellent. We were initially in contact with Stuart who was very helpful - he sent through a selection of properties for my mum and I to view and discuss with him each week until I was able to get out to Spain to do viewings and was always available to answer all of our questions. Since then we have been dealing with Debbie who has also been great! She picked me up from the airport and had organised a full day of viewings the next day and second viewings of my favourite properties the following day. She was so friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole property tour and helped my mum and I come to the final decision on which apartment to go for. Our purchase process is ongoing and Debbie continues to be in communication and a great support. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Space Marbella again in the future based on my experience so far!

Highly recomended. We found a property in Spain and dealt with Julian. Lovely guy and very accomodating. Helped us no end with our first foreign purchase, will recommend to others looking to do the same! Thanks Again!

Fantastic ongoing service from Space Marbella. From the start Lorrainne and Sean have gone above and beyond and their service is continuing. Regular phone calls to see if there is any help we need, they have sorted out currency conversion, a solicitor and now even a bank account. They have and are doing everything which we didn’t expect from an agent. Thank you Sean and Lorrainne and Space Marbella you have been an absolute delight to work with!

I could not have been in safer hands than the two people I worked with at Space Marbella. MY first contact was with Lorrainne. She was amazing. Each week, whilst I was stuck in UK, not being able to fly over because of the pandemic, she would send me the properties that she thought I would like. She nailed it stop on. Then when I was able to come over, Ryan picked me up at airport with a shortlist of properties to view. i was able to narrow it down and next day he picked me up and did second views. He was excellent. He did the negotiating and I'm now a proud owner of a lovely place in Calahonda. Thank you guys. You both went above and beyond to help me fulfil a dream. Totally 5 star service ( if there was a 10, I would give it)

We recently purchased our apartment in Duquesa through Space Marbella and dealt with Julian. After video viewing the first apartment he took on board completely what we did and didnt want and found us the perfect property which ticked all our boxes. He was so helpful all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Julian, we will definately recommend you if we know anyone wanting to purchase in Spain.

Top class support and service from beginning to end, couldn't recommend highly enough. Lorainne has been an absolute star throughout giving us fantastic support as we moved to Spain. Always available and very flexible. Thank You !

Lorrainne understood our needs and helped identify which areas would be best for us. It was arranged for us to have a few days with an Agent who took us to visit almost 20 properties to help us find 'the one'! Our offer has been accepted and we hope to complete in 6 weeks time. Lorrainne had weekly calls with me on the run up to our visit and kept in contact with us and the Agent to ensure we were well looked after. I'm feeling very happy 😁

Best service - very professional

Highly recommended. The service and attention was flawless from beginning to end. Julian was a pleasure to deal with, professional, knowledgeable and amiable. Nothing was ever too much effort, went above and beyond normal customer service. Found us the perfect property.

We recently bought a property in Calahonda and thanks to Lorrainne and her people the customer care and hospitality was beyond our expectations. Faultless.

Would highly recommend Space Marbella if you are looking to buy in Spain. They helped us through the whole process from start to finish just over 5 years ago now and everything ran smoothly. More recently Lorrainne has been brilliant!!! Obviously with the pandemic ongoing we haven’t been able to get over the Spain for over a year now. She went over to our place and checked up on it for us. She spoke with our neighbours and checked that everything was okay. She also sent our Spanish post over to us here in the UK. She has gone above and beyond and we couldn’t thank her enough for her time and effort in reassuring us that everything over there is okay!!!! Once again, thank you!!! X

Thankyou so much to Debbie and team at space Marbella for all their help with my purchase. From the beginning they have gone above and beyond to help me find the perfect property. I will 100% use space Marbella again for any future purchases.

Couldn't recommend Space Marbella and Debbie enough for finding us the perfect holiday home and Investment. Will defo use space Marbella for any more purchases.
From the moment I got the the first call from Debbie until I got the keys it was a great experience.
Very friendly & knowledgeable agent.

Thank you once again for all your hard work.

We had a fantastic experience to date buying a property in Puerto Banus. It is going to be a new build so we are very much hoping that we will be in safe hands going forward as so far the service from Space Marbella and especially our agent Nathalie Campos has been amazing.
Before our trip, Lorraine de Marco, spoke to us on several occasions to gather our requirements so that our property viewing experiences would be focused and relevant.
Nathalie, was recommended to us as she found a property for good friends of ours and she’s excellent. From the time we were collected and returned to the airport she was working on our case and we are happy to report that in the space of ten days we were able to see a healthy amount of properties without wasting time on unsuitable viewings, clarify our location preference, shortlist three properties for further viewings, make an offer on our preferred choice, select a lawyer and visit a designer who will potentially help us when the time is right to purchase furniture.
We felt very well looked after but never pressurised. I would recommend Nathalie Campos and Space Marbella without hesitation. Buying a property abroad is a daunting experience especially during Covid but we felt very supported and in safe hands going forward while the house gets built. Thank you Nathalie, Sheelagh and Andrew Lloyd John

Nathalie a bien pris en compte nos besoins et nos attentes. Un accompagnement de qualité et sur-mesure

I purchased a property in Estepona last year with the help and guidance of Nathalie Campos! Nathalie was brilliant from start to finish. She picked us up from where we were staying and showed us a really good selection of properties in and around Estepona.
I would definitely recommend using Space Marbella and especially Nathalie and Lorraine in the office was really great too! Thanks guys - we love our apartment!

We have given a 5 star rating to Iain of Space Marbella for everything he has done to help us with the purchase of our property in Spain. He helped us with setting up a bank account, mortgage, lawyer, and much more to make things as smooth as possible.
He showed us many properties and definitely saved the best for last. He certainly listened to our requirements as we viewed other properties and on our last day showed us 2 more properties in the area he knew we loved of which we offered on the one we liked most of all, and now its ours.

Thanks again Iain we couldn't have got there without you.

Buying a property in Spain was very daunting but made so much easier by Nathalie’s expertise and professionalism. She has such a warm and friendly personality and kept in touch throughout the whole process and was on call anytime if I needed advice. Many many thanks I couldn’t have done it without you Nathalie.

An exceptional professional service offered by Nathalie since the first day when we met her at the office of Space Marbella. She selected the properties for viewing very realistic considering our budget and preferences.
Her continuous support until the end of the property purchase process is very much appreciated.
Thank you very much, Nathalie!

We looked at various options in purchasing our new home in Spain and through communication and initial dealing with Lorraine we decided to go ahead with Space Marbella to aid us in our purchase. We were paired with Nathalie Campos to show us the available properties based on our budget and wish list. Nathalie was a dream to to engage/work with and her knowledge of the property market in the areas we were looking at was exceptional. Nathalie had found us a number of properties that matched our wish list within the areas we wanted and was very helpful in assisting us to finalise our decision and purchase our property in Casa Banderas, La Cala De Mijas. Nathalie did not stop there she has helped us after completing the purchase dealing with any queries and helping us liaise with the developer on major and minor issues. Nathalie seems to take the attitude that you are her client even after you have completed the purchase and nothing is a problem to her. We give a huge thanks to Nathalie for all her help and her patience in dealing with us as we know at times we were very demanding. "Highly Recommended".
