Space Real Estate  Recenzje

Great experience, from start to finish.
Lorrainne, just knows your brief and finds exactly what you're looking for, fantastic. Milan then goes above and beyond in securing and managing viewings. Excellent knowledge of the whole process as well as the area and what it has to offer. Milan and Lorrainne were absolutely fantastic.
Highly recommend

Worked closely with Space Real Estate on this project. Milan Popovic who represented them was a huge help from the very start of the buying process through to completion. Excellent advice, always prompt replies and always available. GREAT SERVICE!!

We initially liaised with Julie at the Los Alcazares office and she was incredibly helpful in listening to our requirements and offering advice on property types, and the local area, that would suit us. When we arrived in Los Alcazares we went to the Space office and met with the rest of the team. Julian took us to view multiple properties and showed us around the local areas offering real advice from someone who’s lived in the area for many years. Julian was incredibly patient with us as we wanted to make sure we’d explored all our options and the local area thoroughly before making our decision. He held our hand through the entire process and we’re so happy with the property that we’ve now purchased. Nothing was too much of an ask and Julian fitted in around our schedule to arrange appointments and was great with the kids who were bored house shopping! Thanks again to all of the team at Space Real Estate for making our holiday home purchase so stress free and enjoyable!

When looking for Villa we tried a selection of agents at first, however it was Julian that found the best suited properties being a new build resale, which others had told us we would not get. Top man and fantastic service. Very punctual, will and does go out of his way to please. Also Lorrainne deserves special mention too as it was her who got us up and running with searches, sending weekly tailored emails followed up with a call to get us moving in the right direction before came out. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

I've been looking for a property in Spain for a while, Bruce advised me and accompanied me to the end, he quickly understood what I was looking for according to my criteria and my budget, the search was quick and efficient, he even helped me make my decision. I highly recommend him

Space Marbella provided an excellent service throughout the process of buying our beautiful new home in La Cala.
Glen was constantly on the phone with help and advice to make sure we were confident and reassured in what we were doing. We would definitely recommend buying your new home abroad through them.

Bruce Dierickx from Space Real Estate contacted after we were interested in a property we saw on internet. After questioning us what we are looking for, he searched and found us a several properties. We visited them with Bruce, and 1 property we really liked, we made an offer and it was accepted. He helped us with the paperwork. We are really satisfied with Bruce Dierickx from Space Real Estate and recommend them if you are looking for a property or need advise

Fantastic team, fantastic Emma.
From the first moment we got in touch with Emma from Space in Los Belones, she has listened and tailored the property search to our exact requirements, and put up with my persistent of questioning. Thanks to Emma and Jessica, we have managed to find our dream home in the sun. I would highly recommend using Space, for their professionalism, commitment and dedication. There is also the added bonus of having key contacts on hand from lawyers, mortgage advisors to interior designers. It’s the complete package!

Emma went out of her way to help and advise us , even though it was at the weekend and her time off .

We can thoroughly recommend this company who we used when purchasing an apartment in Spain. Milan was very helpful throughout the process and gave us loads of useful information, without putting us under pressure at any stage.

I had a really great experience - excellent customer service - very helpful and down to earth! I would definitely recommend their services.

Lorraine De Marco was my first point of contact and she was incredibly professional and helpful. She put together options which very much ticked a lot of our boxes and that saved a lot of time. I particularly liked her friendly and informal style - it made the whole experience much more enjoyable 😃

Milan Popović was the agent who showed us various properties and I really liked his no nonsense but very helpful and patient approach! Thank you for helping us find our property - we enjoyed the journey!

We started looking for an apartment and then met Julian from Space who was fantastic from start to finish. He could not do enough for us and found us our dream apartment. We would highly recommend Julian if you are looking to buy in the Costa del Sol

Just bought an amazing apartment in estepona thanks to the first class service provided by Milan from Space Real Estate.
He was very patient with me and my wife and actually took the time to really help us understand the market. Couldnt recommend him enough, top professional, and man.
Cheers Milan!
